on January 8 at 1:49 when I pulled up in the drive-through, the lady had already had my bag hanging out the window before I pulled up to the window rushing me to get out the line. I find that very rude from someone who works in the fast food service. You shouldn’t be having my food outside the window before I use pull up. It was my first time coming here it won’t be coming back.

I ordered 3 Krabby Burgers 2 which was a meal and a Dave’s single and Apple Pecan Salad on Sunday October 27 2024 at around 1230 that is during lunch rush I understand, but the meat was cold on all the burgers we told him no lettuce onto the burgers and they put lettuce they single I asked for no pickle it had pickle, but for it being in the afternoon at 12:30 in the day I don’t understand why the food was cold unless they’re cooking up the meat so much that it just sits around this is the third time it’s happened to me at that store. I will never eat at that store again.

This review covers four different Wendy's. Danville, St. Albans, Charleston, South Charleston. Time of meal: 4:50 pm. We were all very disappointed with our meal at the Danville Wendy's. We all asked for a baked potato, placed our order and then we were informed by the cashier that they were out. I asked when more would be ready and the employees looked at each other with a 'deer in the headlights' look. We were told they were just out. So, we went ahead and ordered burgers that were made incorrectly. I know help is hard to find these days, but we'll not go back there. The next day, I went on a search for a baked potato. I first visited the Wendy's in St. Albans, WV. We were told that they were out and more would be ready in about 25 minutes. So, we went back in about twenty minutes and were told they were out. I asked the young manager what happened and let her know that they were wasting out time in the process. She said they had only baked eight and they somehow were all ordered in the previous five minutes. My personal thought was that they just didn't want to bake any more that evening. Undeterred, that same day I traveled to the South Charleston and Charleston Wendy's and were told the same thing. They were out and both places weren't sure when they would have more ready. Now, this may not seem significant except for the fact that all three Wendy's claimed that their baked potatoes were really popular. If the potatoes were in such demand, a person would think that the crew would have some idea of the status of when the next batch of potatoes would be ready and how long a person would have to wait. This might not matter to some, but it definitely soured us on Wendy's. I hadn't even mentioned the cavalier attitude towards us that was present at the three Wendy's. There are so many places to eat, we can easily cross Wendy's off of our list of places to go.

Stopped in with a large order and the people working were friendly and patient. Our order was filled correctly and quickly. Drive thru also has friendly people and was overall a great experience.
Parking: There is plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have kid meals with a bunch of different choices.. Please don't take poorly behaved children in to eat everyone should not have to endure ur child's bad behavior..
Wheelchair accessibility: Its very much wheelchair accessible with handicap parking also available
