Love the pizza and make the trip up to Elizabeth just for it. But as for today the service was absolutely terrible. Aside from the person taking the order when we called, refusing to tell us how long the wait was and hanging up on us. We get there and find out though the very rude short blonde girl in pj pants that the internet is down. That's fine, we go to the ATM. Then go back, once again only rude to us. Doesn't tell us the change, instead starts taking another order...
The food was OK. We were very disappointed they didn't have exactly what was on the menu ? building probably needs some updates. But other that they were courteous and professional
Giovanni's Pizza in Elizabeth, WV has a lot of different things to choose from. It would be nice if they could deliver at least in town. If they could have one or two delivery drivers I believe they would have a lot more business than they already have. Their milkshakes are a bonus.
