I found Bourbon Hills BBQ purely by accident this evening (October 3, 2025). I have enjoyed BBQ all of my life and have been able to have some of the best from throughout Texas, Tennessee, western Kentucky, Missouri and western Canada.
The Bourbon Hills brisket and pulled pork were absolutely World Class. I have never had better…
I will try their products soon as they were sold out of everything else when I got there late in the day.

I frequently stay in the area for work and I haven’t been able to try the food since the times just never aligned. This time I was going to be around on a day they were open, we work a hard day and make it just before they close. Most food is sold out and they are closing up but we are offered a DEAL on their brisket. I’ve had a lot of brisket in my day and this is as good as any I have ever had. I will likely be in the area again for work at some point and I know I will be making an effort to go again.

Staff was friendly. We went hoping for brisket, but unfortunately, they were out. The meat is tender and seasoned well. Potato salad was pretty dang good! Ribs were flavorful and tender. Our whole crew loved it and was super convenient being in front of our hotel.

We had the meatloaf and the chicken wings and that was the best we have ever eaten. Wow it is truly amazing how good their food is. We have also had the nachos and it is amazing. . And the portions are enormous. The sides are delicious also. We will be a regular customer for sure!

They have amazing food. I personally always get their loaded nachos with everything and it is definitely worth it.

If you're ever in the area, CHECK THEM OUT! Brisket just melted, pork was flavorful, ribs were gone after the first bite! Husband loved the chicken! Baked beans were better than yo mommas!
Wheelchair accessibility: Brother in law is in a wheelchair and navigated the rocky pathway just fine.
