The woman at the register was just interested in talking. The two families behind us just left eventually. They were not busy. Our food was as expected, hardly ever go to McDonald's anymore. The coffee was full of coffee grounds. Will not visit this McDonald's again.

Just use the drive-thru. The remodel has left the inside inconvenient for dining. Sandwiches are a mess, nothing centered in the bun. It's a good thing they wrap them up. A definite desperation stop.

It’s one thing to sit in line because the restaurant is busy but it is entirely different when you sit in line for 40 minutes just to get your order taken then another 15 minutes to get your food because every employee is outside smoking. After finally getting our 20+ dollar order too the entire thing was wrong. What a sad excuse for a food establishment.
No sauce nor cheese placed on snack wraps. No sauce included with cold chicken nuggets. Half a large cold fry.

I mean it's McDonald's. What can I say that hasn't already been said? The service is usually a bit better than most, especially if you use the kiosk. But there was one time when they paid no attention at all to what dipping sauce I ordered with my McNuggets and just threw a bunch of oddball stuff in the bag. Wasn't even particularly busy that day, either.
only one car in drive and we were only ones in lobby ! slow service. asked for jelly never got. sandwich on a two sandwich order was completely wrong. and it’s freezing in restaurant
