What is the point in ordering via mobile app if you have to wait in line to get the order??

Purchase a sub. The other day and pretzel never received the pretzel sent my hubby to get him a one n they said they r out n he needed the recipt well I have it and when I picked up my order why didn’t someone say hey sorry we didnt add ur pretzel we had none to give but no let me take my order out n see once I got to work its not there and when calling the store its straight busy signal that day the other day and today an I know they be piss to if they order stuff and never received items poor service

Farmington is the worst subway I have ever been to im not sure how it's stayed open so long. The service food everything is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there

A subway is a subway but follow an order apparently is a daily struggle. My wife orders online often . I like my foot longs cut twice. I'm a truck driver shifting an 18 gear manual all night . I want my sandwich cut smaller so it's easier to handle while driving. Simple request. Or so I thought. 1 out of 3 my special request is ignored . Getting old fast .

Barely gave any tuna on the tuna sub, and it took 5 minutes just to get the tuna on it. I was more or less eating a salad on bread. Honestly, I'll go to fairmont Subway or Firehouse Subs for now on.

One of the best subways I have ever been staff fast friendly it's clean it's great if you dine in. Every time I place a order online it's messed it. If I'm ordering online it's because one of my kids or husband is picking up food for me or I'm in a hurry. If u want toasted I suggest order not toasted if you want to order chicken wrap I suggest ordering tuna. Its frustrating how different the service is.

Made a online order for my dad to pick up when he got there the line was out the door because the women at the counter was talking and on her phone he had to ask 3 different times for her to pay attention and do her job order was late by 20 mins and 2 orders were wrong
