Made a online order for my dad to pick up when he got there the line was out the door because the women at the counter was talking and on her phone he had to ask 3 different times for her to pay attention and do her job order was late by 20 mins and 2 orders were wrong

Klove normally playing if you decide to dine in. Inside order great! Would give 5 stars but ordered a wrap on app one time and it was folded like a crunch wrap. Ended up eating it like a giant taco.

Do not eat any of the chicken. I got a chicken sub there today 12-28-23 and there was a bone big enough to rip a hole in me and I called them and I was told that is a chance you take when you eat their chicken so I wouldn’t recommend any of their chicken!!!

Very long wait for a sandwich and then we were told we couldn't sit and eat because they were closing soon..... if we didn't wait in line for 20 minutes, we would have had plenty of time! Plus, they asked for a tip.

I ordered our sub on the app-the Bella Mozza- and it was delicious! It was ready when I got there to pick it up and was exactly as I ordered. The staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be back!
