The buns were hard, like week old bread on both sandwiches. The beef n cheddar had very little cheddar sauce and was drowned in barbecue sauce. Long wait in line also. The one in summersville is faster and has fresh food. Very dissipointed.

We are from Ashland, KY here in Fayetteville, WV visiting family. This Arby’s restaurant had a comfortable, relaxing, well-lit environment. We (family of 4) actually enjoyed sitting down to eat and talk for a while. The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant, including the bathrooms, were clean and well kept. We came to try their new cheeseburgers and we were quite happy with our meal. Probably the best fast food cheeseburger I have had in a long time; hands-down beat any of the other chains in my opinion. Thank you to the manager and staff for a good lunch experience!

The food was good and made fresh but they seemed short staffed and watched one staff member walk in literally dragging his feet and frowning. Also, there was trash and old food tucked under every service in the kitchen like they just drop things and kicked them under the table and never picked them up. The bathrooms were also quite dirty. Needs a good deep cleaning and a chat with their employees.
Food was correct and hot/fresh, worker at the drive thru windows was courteous.
