Visit time & 2/2024 - 8:52 PM...I went through the drive-thru and ordered a classic Reuben sandwich and medium curly fries. Both items were literally cold and nasty. I'm attaching a picture of my receipt for proof. It's not how I wanted to treat myself after a long day's work. I'm considering not coming back to this location and I'm a local resident.

This Arby’s is so outdated inside and just didn’t feel like a place you wanted to stay at and eat.Arby’s also your price points are getting outrageous. I can go to any good Pub and better food for the same price. I probably will not be going to Arby’s again anytime soon.

Was there on Saturday the 4th and first of all thought they were closed. Noone in parking lot while the neighboring restaurants were packed. But went in and ordered and the new steak sub was horrible. The fries were cold and even the tea tasted bad. I then ordered a regular roast beef and didn't eat the sub and even that tasted old. Sorry, but this day must have been horrible for everyone. The experience was just bad all way around. Will not be back.

They lock their dining room door way too early. I hate to order through the drive thru they are hard to understand. And the quality of the food has declined over the years.
This is the best customer service I have experienced! I will be back! The employees are so kind and funny!

There are times when the speed of service is premium. But of coarse (pun), we'd still like to enjoy what we chew. Let's nominate Arby's as an edible fast food. My friend liked the burger; I liked the roast beef. The not-ketchup had some punch; the curly fries pleased everyone. I thought the peach beverage was too bold but hey, who else thinks to serve peach? Keep on serving, Arby's, and we'll stop by again.

I stopped here and bought the chicken salad sandwich on May 10 2023. After eating this sandwich I became sick. Explosive diarrhea that lasted for a month and a half. I went to see my doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I have never been so sick in my life. The manager called me because I complained and said there was no way I got sick from this restaurant that the chicken salad was made fresh daily. No it's not they thaw out a package and if there's any left from the day before its mixed together and served they do not throw it out. I have 2 friends that went to this same Arby's restaurant the next week on Tuesday, they also became very sick after eating the chicken salad sandwich.Arby's does not care if you get sick. Did not offer to give my money back for making me sick just fussed at me how dare I complain about getting sick. I will never eat at any Arby's again and I suggest you go elsewhere to eat too!
