This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had. First, the server got my husband's order wrong, said "oh, it's hard to find the right buttons in the system". Brought the wrong order. It cost more than what was ordered,but she left the charge as she entered it and did not adjust. I also received broccoli that was so old it was limp and covered with black spots. I advised that they needed to remove the Cost of the broccoli. My mom did not receive an extra item that she ordered. I got up and went to ask for the item and also advised of the order errors, was told it would be taken care of. The only thing that happened was that the item Mom was missing was brought. When the check arrived, it was not correct and I advised we would not pay it until it was corrected, and I was told it HAD been adjusted. It had not. Finally, after absolutely demanding it be fixed, was provided with an adjusted ticket that still was not correct. By that time, I just paid it and left. The server seemed to be totally unable to understand that there were issues that needed correction, and had no clue as to how to remedy them. Management didn't help. They both seemed to have the idea that, oh well, there was a problem, but not that you actually would try to remedy it.

Ordered online and the soup we ordered had gone rancid, we called to see if we could get a replacement and was denied and told to call DoorDash, DoorDash said since we ordered through the Bob Evan’s website it was out of their hands. Called back and was told they had to call corporate and would call us back sometime tomorrow. If the food was cold from delivery that’s one thing but saying there is nothing they can do about curdled soup is another

I wish we had a Bob Evan's in Georgia! Please put one in Hoschton across from Cracker Barrel or in Athens, UGA town. Food was cooked to order *(or heated up, I don't know), but it was hot and I didn't have to cook it either 🤷.

Arrived at ~6:30 for a brief dinner. Left at 7:45 still hungry.
When I arrived Nicole was the host who sat us. We (myself and my friend) were sat at a dirty table next to a small family with a crying baby, in a restaurant that was nearly empty, which did negatively impact our experience.
Soon after, we met Jasmine, our server. She quickly came to bring us menus and our drinks, however as soon as she took our orders we did not see her again for at least 30 minutes. She brought us 4 rolls on a large plate with 2 small containers of butter. Which lasted less than 2 minutes. As soon as we caught her attention from her walking by tending every table but ours, she filled my friends water and we asked her for more rolls. As soon as she goes to the kitchen area she’s immediately back out with our food, which was cold and extremely small in portion size. This was around 7:20.
20 minutes later we received our check for ~50 dollars for the both of us to eat dinner. As we walk up to the front to pay, the family beside us has Mom come up to ask for their check. The only thing worth while from our experience was listening to the rest of the staff whine and complain about their personal lives. This Bob Evan’s has the atmosphere of a Waffle House, with food half as good and twice the price.
I try to be as accurate and truthful as possible whenever I want to write a review for somewhere I visit. Don’t go here. Eat anywhere else, spend your money anywhere else. Our server was very clearly poorly trained and has social anxiety. I would rather sit down for dinner in a McDonalds bathroom.

The food was absolutely terrible they made most of the food wrong. We didn't receive all of our food. And we did not receive any of the ice cream that we ordered. I would absolutely stay away from the Fayetteville West Virginia Bob Evans restaurant terrible food terrible experience.
Always a great breakfast at this chain. Very reasonable on price. Friendly staff.

10:00 am Tuesday April 23. Breakfast was horrible, the only good part were the eggs. Asked for well done bacon, it was limp. Potatoes were burned! Toast was buttered with margarine! Water for tea was like warm and no sugar on table, I had to go to another table to get it. The hostess seemed like she didnt like her job, not pleasant. When we went to pay I told her breakfast wasnt good hostess didnt seem to care, didnt ask about it, I then said if you care. Just a horrible experience all round.
