at this point just take the banana split off your menu! this is my 4th time asking for a banana split and of course they still have no bananas. the girl upfront is probably the worst person to be orders no respect or anything she always have a attitude and rude. then she made my cone have me a stale cone from the back then purposely broke the side of the cone. worst experience ever. never coming back again

Yesterday me and my mom went there and did not have a good experience. Needless to say the owner Ashley contacted me and made everything right I did not expect what she did for us but she went above and beyond. She is awesome great place and lots of memories here.

Only time I’ve ever gotten a blizzard here that last 3 times the machine was broken. They refused to turn upside down, even though the sign states upside down or the next one is on us. The worst service ever, and worst food. If you like Dairy Queen just find a different location to purchase it from, even if it’s further down the road the drive will be the same amount of time after you wait the 1 hour to get a runny blizzard. This would be a great place to put a Dairy Queen lol

Editing to add another experience, my husband drug me here today, because he wanted to see if the machine to make blizzards was still down, surprisingly it wasn’t. First time ever to have a blizzard in 5+ visits trying to obtain a blizzard. With that being said we waited inside the restaurant (in line, with only 2 people in front of us)for 30 minutes before they even took his order. I had no faith in a blizzard being produced, so only my husband ordered anything at all. We watched the drive thru fill up and empty 10 cars before even glancing at the customers inside their dining area. Watched the girl behind the counter drop a dish onto the floor pick it up and use it for someone’s food. The workers seemed to be moving frantically with no organization whatsoever. 4 people working, one was in the back, 3 in the front. 2 working the drive thru exclusively and one that was cleaning, and taking orders every 30 minutes for dine in customers. For one small blizzard it took nearly an hour to get. A woman waiting for a mobile order for 30 minutes once she arrived, and only when she brought up to the worker she had a mobile order and had been waiting for so long was she even acknowledged in this restaurant.

They were out of vanilla ice cream and informed us that "we don't make those here" when an item displayed on the drive-thru menu was ordered.

The boy in the drive threw got my order wrong has a speech problem. Didn’t get his name because he didn’t introduce himself. I even told him no the order was wrong and when I drove to the window to correct and pay the order I seen the problem him and the girls was talking about a guy at the gas station the big girl with long black hair and nose ring and a blonde with her visor pulled over her eyes to hide. So I walked back in instead of going back in the drive thru. The kind boy in the back the cook corrected everything and apologized when it wasn’t his fault.
Please put some rules on your employees jobs it’s rude and disrespectful for someone to not pay attention or value their job. I’m here to get food not hear gossip about a guy across the road, having no respect for their customers and being on their phones for customers to see.

We have tried to come to this location 3 separate times and have had trouble every time.

1st time was after a power outage and they only had chocolate soft serve, which we gave benefit of the doubt for!

2nd time we went we ordered 2 blizzards, they gave us our total and we waited in line for about 30 minutes. Problem arose when we get up to the window and they tell us their machine over heated and they couldn't do blizzards. We were frustrated but understood to a degree.

3rd time we came today, and we ordered food and their blizzard machine is still down so we got shakes. shakes were good! we waited about 5 ish minutes and we got our food, it was cold! not even slightly warm and we had just gotten the bag of food. This is our closest dairy queen and it really is disappointing.

Ordered our food, was told it would be brought out to us, it sat up on the counter and we had to go ask for it, drink machine out of order, ordered blizzards with our meals and the. We’re told the ice cream machine was down, no toilet paper in bathrooms. Kids running restaurant, just having conversations with eachother and not paying attention to customers. Left and got ice cream elsewhere.

Ordered $25 worth of food and ice cream. We tossed 85% of it. The hot dog were rubbery. Sloppy made. Onion rings so over cooked they just crunched and crumbled. Fries were barely cooked. Frozen slushy was not even mixed. A cup of slush with flavor squirted on top. The ice cream was not frozen so they gave me basically a banana split soup. We ate 1 hot dog, a few bites of banana and chocolate syrup and threw it away and just left. Told us they couldn't do burgers, well couldn't do hot dogs/ice cream either.

Horrible experience. Worst DQ I have ever had, took over 40 minutes to get 2 things and my blizzard was liquid handed to us. A quick ice cream stop turned into wasted time and money and poor quality. If your machines are broken you should put a closed sign up. And they let people keep walking in and catering to the drive through. I will never stop here again.
