Can we turn off lights at the drive thru when closed or let folks who are sitting there a very long time at the speaker know you've just closed minutes before? Never seen a DQ close so early on a Saturday, but left sitting for so long is just not okay.

All the doors are locked way before 8 which is what their door says can't even get a bbq chicken strip basket right went in twice and still couldn't get it with the Sauce on it and really slow with all the people working won't b coming back again

Why is there a dog allowed inside of a restaurant? Unless it’s a service dog….worker went and petted it god knows if she even washed her hands before handling peoples food again! Didn’t give me the drink for my sons meal! Very disappointing and barely give u any fries!!

Much as you would expect from a dairy queen. The location is right off of Highway 19 with easy on easy off access. They were well staffed. The restaurant was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. The order came out promptly, and correct. I had no concerns and would visit this location again.

Do not remember why I only ate there once, but I just never went back, maybe it was due to the restaurant in the hotel being the same price but so much better, or maybe I was just lazy and did not want to walk the extra 30 ft.. Best strawberry shake in a long time! They make it with real chunks of strawberries that get stuck in your straw. Go through the drive-thru and the window person is so nice! (Their card reader was broken the other day; yes they put a sign out and still we could hear the car in front of us screaming at this young person at the window! Remember, never the person at the window's fault!) Anyway, they make a great strawberry shake. Awesome workers here.

This place is the worst DQ I've ever visited ! DQ needs to pull his franchise! Kids don't want to wait on u they don't want to do anything but talk to each other. The mister misty / slush machine has NOT worked all year! Owner must NOT want to spend the money. Also only one or two different flavors of coke. PITIFUL ! SHUT IT DOWN OR SELL IT! Also try to call the phone number NOTTA! They don't even want to talk too you about your experience on a local level! Report them to DQ CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

The kid behind the register doesn't listen. We ordered combo meals, he only rang up sandwiches, apparently their combos don't come with drinks. While we were there, they had to correct every order he took.

I ordered two meals through the drive thru. One was a chicken strip basket and the other was a hot dog meal with onion rings. I didn't get the onion rings. They gave me fries instead. I said okay to myself. I won't get aggravated. I'll eat the fries. Then, I saw they were raw, literally. They looked like they dipped frozen fries in the deep fryer and pulled them back out immediately. That's the way the fries were for both meals. So, I called to talk to a manager. There does happen to be a good manager who works there, but it must have been her off hours. The girl that answered sounded like the girl that waited on me, about 16 years old. She hollered out for the manager. I think she said her name was Minka, but I couldn't say for sure. The so- called manager hollered back "oh my God" on the way to the phone. She also seemed to be about 16. I hung up the phone. I could tell she wasn't a manager. I'll never go back there. The food wasn't eatable. The service was probably the worst I've ever had. I'll eat a bologna sandwich next time I'm not able to cook.
