Made a order online for delivery at 7:54pm on 3/16/25, didn't get the order until 9:40pm. The pizza's were pretty much cold. Tried calling the store to find a way to fix this and on one picked up. I spent over $50 for lukewarm pizza. Was told online it would be ready in 20-30 minutes not hour and half, what is sad is that when you make a online order it has your phone number. They could have texted or called and I would have drove the 10 damn minutes and picked it up.

Placed an order by phone with automated system which did not ask what was my requested pickup time. Called back to add pickup time with employee who said he added it. Pizza was cold in the box upon pickup. Unsafe temp and poor service !!

waited an hour and a half for a pizza and bread bites, then it said it was delivered and it was no where to be found. called the store and he said “he probably didn’t look at the note”. poor service and i will not be back.

We ordered a pizza, cheese sticks, and a sub from here for delivery a little before 8PM. The food tasted fine, but by the next day my entire family was sick. All of us got food poisoning or something close to it. I tried to call and complain the next day to the corporate number but you can't connect with anyone, only an AI. I strongly advise anyone reading to avoid this place. We've ordered from before they changed locations with no issue but after this last experience I don't think any of my family will be eating from here again.

I live in Fayetteville and get delivery fairly regularly. Mike has been my delivery person the last several times. Always professional and on time. The dude even made it out yesterday in the snow storm! Never had a problem w ordering online.
Worst experience I've ever had was today.I ordered a pizza at 3:56pm and around 6 pm still no call,no pizza was on its way so I call them of course you have to go through automated system,I hate that thing.Got a human finally.I told her it had been two hours she said they were extremely busy because of Halloween so I said ok she read me my address and I assumed she hung it or call was dropped.So I wait about 15 minutes go through that dang system again get a person this was a man he said no pizza was ordered for my address!I'm like what?So i reorder it.Worst pizza ive ever ordered from them.You people that work there,you are supposed to keep your customers happy.ill never buy anything from Domino's again.

I have ordered and had delivery with Dominos several several times well today the automated system said we don't deliver in your state REALLY I'm in the same state you are in then I was told they don't deliver in My area BUT yet they have delivered to this same residence several times last time was a few weeks ago. How about yall get with the program here ppl. I am so so MAD

For one they had no idea where we was in Oak Hill WV! They was rude obnoxious and didn’t have any clue where they was and they work there! Tell me how this is possible!! If you can’t hire people who no they are in Oak Hill!! Do Better Dominos!!
