We just had THE best experience at this Dunkin! Our shaken espressos were so beyond yummy. Gwen greeted us at the drive through with the kindest smile & made the fanciest best ever pup cups for our dogs. Thanks Gwen!👏🏼

Uhm..coffee was great got a dunkalatte..until when I took the last drink to see a line of BLACK hair🥲 full on strand. I came in around 5 sum and got on this 12/17 pretty upset! The girl was nice tho just upset hair was in it. Especially since I drank it all before realizing😭 I have not gone back tho since I already drank it all. But please do better with keeping your hair back away!🫡

November 2025: Receive warm coffee when you ask for hot. Tell you they have no hot coffee made because people are not doing their job there. Receive no apologies when I do receive it. Drive down the road and sip my coffee and it tastes like water. Dumped it out. Hope the place goes under.

I've been going to this Dunkin' since it opened. I live in Fayetteville and have always been a fan of Dunkin'. However, over the summer and now, the staff has become worthless. They'll see you standing there waiting to order but won't come over until someone else tells them. The drive-thru takes around 10 minutes to get your order taken. They usually say they'll be with you in a second, but now it's just radio silence. Online orders aren't prepared when you arrive to pick them up. A DoorDash driver waited a long time for an order, and when it was finally prepared, half the items were missing. My wife picked up our online order, but we only got 4 out of 12 donuts. Wasn’t even told about the missing donuts. They were going to let her leave without half the order. The staff didn't offer a refund for the missing donuts. The older lady with blonde hair and glasses is extremely rude. She won't make online orders and often cancels them without telling you. She also makes drinks incorrectly and rings up orders wrong. Ever since the good workers left, this place has gone downhill. Even the Beckley Dunkin' knows how bad the Fayetteville Dunkin' has gotten. This place needs training and new staff who actually do their job.

The 3 staff working at this location at around noon on November 2nd, 2025, were incredibly kind and courteous. They provided great customer service and were very friendly. I highly recommend this location as the staff put smiles on our faces!

My husband and I stopped in for coffee and maybe a donut, the older lady behind the counter, while we were deciding, says loudly, I’ll be with you in a minute I’m doing a DoorDash (I don’t care) so I said that’s fine we haven’t decided. When she came to the counter I asked for a cup of coffee, with lots of cream…as soon as I said it she smacked the counter, threw her hands in the air and very rudely said hot, cold,iced,small,medium or large and looked at us as if we were crazy. I looked at my husband and said you wanna go somewhere else, and he agreed we should. When we decided not to stay and we told her we’re leaving she said oh ok Hun!!!! I am a restaurant manager, I NEVER complain, because I know how it feels to get complaints, but if one of my employees treated a guest in that manner, they would have been terminated immediately. I don’t know the lady’s name, but she was working around 9AM on October 23rd. She’s gonna ruin your business, and that makes me sad.

Received donuts and coffee. Told 5 more minutes for bacon. Older lady extremely rude to me and talked disrespectful to employees.

Went and stop in for a 2 coffee after driving 10 hrs and I was met by rude cashier that not only made both coffee wrong but I had to explain to her 10x what a double double is even when I said coffee 2 cream 2 sugar she still gave attitude

I was missing a coffee, my frozen coffee was melted almost completely and utterly. The donut I received was fine, no complaints there. My bacon was only filled not even half way and it was cold…. I tried to call three times and both went to voicemail. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and lack of work ethic.

Ordered online, got a dozen donuts, hashbrowns, and two of the black pepper bacon croissants. We get there and they don’t even have the order ready. Mind you, I placed this 20 minutes prior. Also we were the only ones there, not busy at all. Then they proceeded to tell us that they don’t have any croissants. We asked if they could do a refund and they told us no we’d have to go online. The website was shut down. My bf goes back in there to explain to the manager that the site is down and we’d like our money back which we appreciate what she did for us. As for the other workers, not so much.
