Where is the health inspector? Worst food ever. I got the double cheeseburger, fries and coke. My wife got the fish sandwich, fries and coke. We threw out the fish after eating just 2 bites. The fish was cold and even the cheese was cold and not melted. My burger patties had a crust on them and seemed to have been cooked the night before but not thrown away. The burger was cold and crusty and the cheese wasnt melted. The fries and the coke were good, the rest we threw away. Dont eat here. Do they even cook your food here???

The McDonald’s in Fayetteville, West Virginia I ordered a midrib when I got my order, took it out of the bag and sauce was all over the box that the McRib was in and the bread was so soggy. It was disgusting.

I am pretty disappointed this morning. I come here often, and usually the service is kind of as expected. Today, it really let me down. I often stop here for breakfast on my way to work, since it's one of the most convenient options. Today I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel- which is my usual- and after waiting 10+ minutes, I drove to work, opened it at my desk... And it was a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I don't eat bacon. I am pregnant and hungry and I'm really disappointed. I feel like I wasted my time and money this morning. I don't usually ever post bad reviews but this one upset me. I wish they'd have taken the time to be accurate. It will definitely make me want to go to other options for breakfast now.

This location is ridiculous. Every time I go to use my mobile app here they say it doesn’t come up. I refresh until I’ve lost my reward. Oak Hill McDonald’s never does that and even one time they struggled, they looked at my phone and just gave me the reward. So I don’t recommend coming here. Go to oak hill!
