Usually everything is good.. but today I got a mocha latte with absolutely no mocha in it. I stirred it also. Big disappointment had to pour it out.We also ordered a mocha frappe which had extra mocha in it! Also a long wait time.

I took my granddaughter here this past month again and it was great she wanted an ice cream cone and it was round 1030 am they even asked if we wanted it in a cup she's only 3 the woman was super friendly to her made her smileParking: Some days can be busy but we have always been able to find a parking spot and it's real close to the door all the way aroundKid-friendliness: My 3 year old was able to reach her own chair and sit up to the table and as well as washing her own hands in the restroom which she loves to do

Parking: I hate that they will have u pull up to the drive throw parking spot even if they don’t have anyone behind u it’s just to make them look better and to keeep the screen from beeping but they should be doing better and that’s why the screens beeping idk but it’s good food and their polite .

I ordered a cheeseburger from the drive thru and they pulled me into a parking place well after 10 minutes I left cause after me the drive thru continued to move but nobody could bring me one of the easiest things on the menu to make out to me a cheeseburger. I will not be returning to this place.
Pulled in for breakfast this morning, and other than the fact that we had to pull over and wait for our food to be delivered everything else was exceptional. The young lady who took our order was very pleasant and made sure that she got the order correct. After paying we advance to the next window we’re another young lady was handing us our drinks. She then asked us to pull up and wait for the food, which was slightly annoying as they were not that busy however, understandable as they make everything to order. All in all a good visit. The ownership or management of this location should be very pleased with their staff. Other than that it was as you would expect from McDonald’s.

At 6:21am we came through the drive thru ordered 3 hash browns 1sausage and cheese muffin large drink coffee with cream on our way to work. fast food we were asked to pull over they gave me my coffee I had to ask for the drink so when the food came out I asked the man who brought it out why did we have to pull over because we ordered things that should have already been done. That's not considered a fast food service I told him we were on our way to work he told me I should have left earlier that I did, very nasty little man and to be working front line service. I will not be eating at your establishment after today and I will be telling my staff that if I ever hear that they have been rude with a customer discipline will follow. That young man needs to watch the training video again and if he was part of Management shame on you McDonaldParking: nothing
