Was a bit unsure of the place when we arrived however the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were immediately greeted at the door with the appropriate number of menus and asking if we’d like to sit inside or out; we opted for outside. Sat outside and the weather was fantastic. A nice mix of music playing on the outdoor speakers and the sound of rain bouncing off of the tin roof. Had a beer and the hangover burger. The food was a 10/10. A hidden gem. Definitely would eat here again.

We ended up here on a whim looking for a late dinner. We were so welcomed and Zeb talked to us all about whitewater rafting even though we had not booked through them (only because we didn't know about them).
Food was absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend. We will do a second day of rafting just to go with them because of the service!

Quite place very fresh and has it’s own vibe waiter and other customers very nice. Only thing bad I have to say was the food felt very “cheap” I had the guide burger with Fries for $14-$16 from other places you get a pretty juicy large burger and fries. Here was a little on the smaller side and reminded me of Walmart frozen hamburger and fries. Would like to try other things on the menu to compare.

We ate here on our way to Adventures at the Gorge and it was at an odd time 3:30pm. We were the only guest at the moment. Staff was friendly and helped us immediately. I got the Chicken Grinder and it was delicious! The sweet potato fries are unique and also tasty! My other half got the nachos and said they were perfect. Good Cold beer on Tap. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

We came here for drinks and apps. They had live music and let us bring our dog :) I would recommend the tomatoes for the appetizer

What a treat! I had the delicious River City Grinder, and my girlfriend had a great Cantrell Hot dog with all the fixin’s! They even added cheese! The drinks were very reasonably priced. Although they were all out of salad, they had great substitutions and even let us finish our beers on the outdoor patio!!! We loved our dinner!

I wanted to try a West Virginia Appalachian chili dog as I passed through on travel and found this restaurant. Boy was I impressed! It was a quieter Sunday afternoon, but they get busy weekday and Fri/Sat. Bartender waitress was very nice and respectful. Shared a lot of details of the restaurant and local area. Great vibe with a warm, rustic feeling. I was told live musics some nights on wood build outdoor stage on patio.

And, as far as the food, the Appalachian chili dog is my new favorite. Sweet, with a little bite from onion and mustard with cool slaw. Chili and slaw home made. And on a toasted English bun. Dogs were about $3 each. Total for 2 dogs and sweet potato fries only $10.60!!! Unbelievably affordable price.

Thank you for the great quality food and great atmosphere for my quick meal on my 8hr drive through the area. Well done!

Staff is incredibly nice. Exceptionally stingy with the drinks. The food was good but the drinks were so tiny I spent a ton more money than I normally would. It's definitely a tourist trap.

Absolutely loved the place!!! Our waitress and staff were excellent. It’s a must stop if you’re in the area.

Very friendly staff. We came on a slow week night evening, and they were happy to help us. Food came quick, and was delicious. Kids ate all of their food, which can be a struggle at restaurants sometimes. Reasonable prices especially compared to other restaurants we had this week, with good portions.

Just ok…I had to order three different things before I settled on something that they weren’t out of. then the waitress asked if I would like a glass of their house white or red wine- ordered white and they also were out of that- mind you we were eating around 5:30 on a Friday night- not after a long dinner service- finally got the UB 40 burger- wasn’t really anything special
