I had an incredible experience at Range Finder. I walked in 45 minutes before closing to a decent line and only one barista behind bar. The barista did an incredible job managing both the espresso machine and register and kept up a friendly vibe throughout it all. They got high quality drinks out quick!

On top of the great service, the space itself is very cool. Lots of fun little nicknacks and magazines to look through. The cafe is small, but still has a good amount of seating.

And finally, on top of great service and a cool atmosphere, the coffee was excellent. I ordered a cappuccino and it came out with perfectly steamed milk and a balanced espresso flavor.

Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend checking this place out!

Spent a week in the area and had to stop a few times. Excellent coffee, coffee options and great service. Hidden gem in the New River Gorge area.

Super local. Super fresh. Chill vibe with a very tasty honey cinnamon iced oatmilk latte. Appreciated the vintage finds and most pleasant barista.

The latte was perfect! The honey in it wasn’t too sweet and overbearing. The milk texture was just right. I could have easily drank two. I knew my honey lattes recently were subpar, and found this one to be the standard I have been looking for.

Possibly the best cup of coffee I’ve ever had. The roast is good, but more importantly, the barista takes his time with each coffee and the settings have been dialled in exactly. Not bitterness, just velvety smooth delicious coffee.

Also, the music is excellent.

The coffee here is terrible, other things on the menu are fine. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and not rate them lower, it's possible they were just having an off day or a new employee that didn't know what they were doing. We got our order to go. Those of us that got various coffees found them undrinkable.

(Edit to add)
Our visit was on July 9th. A refund is unnecessary. Matcha latte and hot chocolate were good. The maple latte was heavily oversalted. I'm not sure what all the drinks were in our group of around 10. The non-coffee drinkers were happy, the coffee drinkers were unhappy. We were traveling and decided not to delay the group to deal with the coffee issues. I sampled someone else's maple latte and was surprised they weren't exaggerating the amount of salt.

Best coffee in town. Even blows my local coffee options out of the water.

I couldn't say enough about Rangefinder. Give it a shot... Get a shot. Coffee. You get it.

Great little spot in Fayetteville. Workers and owner were very kind and accommodating— we’re happy to whip up a custom syrup for our iced coffee. Cool spot to hang out, if you’ve got the time. Stop in and check out the photo books/zines while enjoying fantastic coffee!
