Just stopped there on a road trip. They were so friendly. I mentioned I was on a roadtrip and the girl taking my order sparked up a conversation and then as the message on my cup they wrote “be safe traveling!” And the drink was made perfectly and very quickly. Awesome experience overall! As a former barista at another location, I know that this is exactly what Starbucks strives for!

Paid for a Tomato Mozzarella sandwich and this was over $6 for this. . . Displeased with this it's over priced for a piece of bread and a taste of veggies. I could have went to Walmart and got way more for $6

What a gem of a Starbucks! We as a family love taking road trips and because we love coffee, we make lots of coffee stops, we visited countless locations, but this one truly stands out. The moment you walk in, you notice how exceptionally clean it is, which is always a huge plus. Beyond that, the people working here are incredibly nice and friendly, making for a genuinely pleasant experience. And the service? Absolutely impeccable! This Starbucks has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorite stops.

The best Starbucks in the area. I decided to get our coffee at Beckley Starbucks, while I was in Beckley, before heading home to Mount Lookout. It was horrible! We stopped by Fayetteville Starbucks and they remade our drinks for free! The baristas there have great customer service and are consistent in drink making. I visit this Starbucks about 1-2 times a week.

Was just here. The girl at the windows was nice. That’s the best we can say. The coffee we got. Was at best 2/3 thirds full. And the rest was foam. It also had caramel running down the side. We were the only ones in line. So there is no reason they should have been in that much of a hurry.
From looking at other reviews. This is a normal thing at this location. Someone should probably be doing something about it. Also from the reviews. It looks like no one is doing anything about it.

They're going to make your drink right every time, and they donate drinks for community events. Super nice staff who don't look like they hate their jobs, so it seems like a good place to patronize if you want a coffee.

My best friend got a gingerbread latte and it was so bad she spit it on the ground?? She is royalty so honestly I’m pretty pissed off about the whole situation. DO BETTER.
Terrible experience! The only guy at this SB was so rude. He didn't ask our names when ordering and would not give a voided receipt for mispayment. until requesting it. He did his best to ignore me.

I’ve frequented and studied at A LOT of Starbucks around the country and this one truly goes ABOVE and BEYOND with their customer service! I stopped in here a day before the New River Gorge Bridge Day Event to do some studying and for the first time ever I was offered a sample at my table. It might not seem like much to get a small sample, but they put in the extra effort and it shows they actually care about their job; A little goes a long way! It’s the simple things like observing caring relationships between the employees and local regulars as they remake drinks with a smile, ensuring perfection during the morning rush, and making sure customers leave satisfied too. Good job guys keep it up and share what you’re doing with corporate! I wish all Starbucks were this genuine.

We stopped here on the way to Canada on 8th June ‘24. Thanks to Jeremy at the location for brewing the best espresso coffee and a regular coffee for the two of us and the quick, personalized service! Clean premises. Helpful staff. Altogether the best SBucks experience ever. And we are world travellers for the last 40 years and try to experience SBucks service everywhere! Again… Thanks Jeremy! You make America proud!!!! It’s true a statement that a great corporate business stands on the shoulders of great people!!

I use the app and come to pickup orders regularly, but I wanted to comment on the particular staff and service I saw and recieved today. There was a kind gentleman in the drive-thru window who was very pleasant, and MAN DID THE STAFF OUTDO THEMSELVES TODAY. I travel between a few states a lot and frequent starbucks in all of them, and today I got the best drinks I have ever had at starbucks. I also really appreciated the order being ready when I got there, and not being told to park and wait(as I was told even earlier this week). Moreover, I definitely will make the trip to come to THIS starbucks when I am in the area, even if I have to drive from Beckley. They made my day by perfecting my two drinks and helping me start the day right. I ordered two cold foam cold brews, which I highly recommend. Thank you to the team who is in there today! Y'all are awesome!
