Manager is a joke! He has been so rude to me ever since slamming the drive through window in my face! We had an incident where I asked to change one of my burritos a while back because I Apparently ordered the wrong thing. They asked if the order was correct on the screen and I said no and asked for it to be changed. The manager then proceeds to tell me he’s already made it and he can’t make another one and I would have to pay for that one. I let him know at the window that if someone asks if your order is correct and you tell them no, that you should be able to change it right then and there and he said that’s not how it works here.he said I make it as soon as you order. I can understand if it was the whole order, but it was one burrito. now when I go through the drive-through, he always gives me the stare down. This is the second comment I’ve made because apparently my last one was deleted. The food here is great with the service is awful especially from the manager. Sir, if you see this, please stop looking at me hateful everytime I come through there.

I was just through drive thru and goodness they lady working couldn't stay off her phone long enough to get my order right ask me what sauce I wanted 3 times while I was telling her she shut the window in my face hands me the bag without the sauce get halfway down the Rd no napkin's

Could not make change for a $100 bill at 11:50 in the afternoon. My order was $18 and some change. They didn't have 4 $20 to give change 🤔
My quesadilla had lettuce in it. The lady working there was rude and the environment was NOT welcoming nor comforting. It was very hot inside the building.

Went thru the drive thru, was not friendly, we didn't receive any napkins and the cheese roll up stuck to the paper so bad it ripped apart...cheese tasted like plastic

Ordered chicken quesadillas. Couldn't eat them they were burnt and there was basically nothing inside of it. They act like they are afraid to put enough ingredients on something. Don't waste your time on this.

I will never eat at the Fayetteville West Virginia Taco Bell again and here Is why….
So today on my way home, I got nauseous (im pregnant go figure) so I pulled over to go to the Taco Bell in Fayetteville West Virginia. I went through the drive-through. I ordered a large Sprite …gave my gift card to the first taller, black lady my. Then she tries to hand me a bag. I’ll look at her and I say I’m sorry I ordered a large sprite. She goes. Oh OK turns around and starts talking to this other shorter black lady that’s probably 45 to 50 years old That lady says well we clearly asked her if she wanted a large fry after the first lady returns and gives me my large sprite  and she told me a large fry and sprite was the same price so no refund was needed…. (I watched her she didn’t spit in it or anything lol )then after I got the sprite, I looked at her, and I looked at the black lady behind her that was being rude and said, and you can tell her and pointed to the short black woman I clearly said a large sprite that’s when the first lady starts being a jerk and shaking her head and waving her arms around and saying you’re not gonna talk to her like that that’s what I said I just did and drove off while the other short black lady was behind the first lady, waving her hands in the air like she was gonna fight somebody I hope she gets fired. She does not need to be dealing with the public. Taco Bell.
One thing you’re not gonna do is disrespect me to my face and get away with it… it’s not my fault you obviously hate your life… my mom was on the phone with me she heard the entire thing right down to the short black lady saying that she clearly asked if it was a large fry. This happened on 7/22/2025 at approximately 5pm I paid with a gift card. To be honest I feel like both was being racist because I’m white and they created a VERY hostile environment just in that few minutes… I hope they are let go.
