Service is terrible there was only one person ahead of me and waited over 10 min to get order taken was ignored by staff then after waiting forever to get my food it was not what I ordered very disappointing the place was empty and now I know why!!

When we came in to order there were 2 staff cuddling right in plain view in the back.. not really a huge deal until we got our food. Food was awful. The chalupa shells were hard as a rock, stuffed full of lettuce and like 2 pieces if chicken... also... what in the world is up with that music in there? Singing about 69 and freak me girl... Def not friendly to anyone's ears.

i want to start off with saying i love the new cantina chicken menu, seeing as i cannot eat red meat and the crispy cantina chicken taco is my go-to meal every time. however, i am disappointed nearly 9 times out of 10 with my purchase because the shell has become a soggy, crushed mess that makes the whole taco nearly inedible due to how difficult it is to pick up, if you can at all. i just wish the packaging would change, so they aren’t a pile of mush in the wrapper that you can hardly eat even with a fork.

Good meal and service. Appreciate the gals and guys who work there. Always friendly and rarely ever is there ever anything wrong with our order. And if there is a problem, they always fix it, pronto! Sorry no pics. Once we get home and its on the table, its consumed quick!

Ordered bean burritos here with no cheese and seasoned rice. Got home and there was jalapeño sauce on it which it's not suppose to come with. Seeing how I'm allergic to dairy I went back to return it and the guy working told me I was wrong and that it doesn't have diary or cheese but it does and I didn't get a refund or anything because he just refused to acknowledge that the jalapeño sauce has dairy in it. It makes no sense because bean burritos don't even come with jalapeño sauce in them.
