We got here around 6:45pm on November 1 after being told there was a 40 minute wait at Pies and Pints. Tequila Taco Bar seated us immediately and served chips, salsa, and white sauce. I ordered the Quesabirrilia and Margarita tropical (strawberry mango) and my boyfriend ordered the Chorri pollo burrito and a Negra Modelo. All of it was delicious. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. We plan to come back during our trip to get happy hour drinks.

Best Mexican fare in Fayette County hands down!!! Prompt and courteous staff make you feel at home if you let them. Menu has all the standards and plenty of Tequila Taco Bar highlights like the taco flight amongst others. Give this place a shot at earning your business if you find yourself in the greater Fayetteville arena!!!!!

I stopped for lunch and really good meals we were seated instantly and had our food not long after our drinks maybe 10 minutes. The dinner really good job in the seasoning flavors were perfect spot on authentic style Mexican food taste much better than most of the big chain Mexican restaurants. I enjoyed that they gave us the chips and asked for our drink order very shortly after we sat down. The employees were nice, the atmosphere was cool, with interesting color scheme and nice art on the walls. That is about where my positivity ends. After some time and chitchat among my group, they showed asked us what we would like to eat. I ordered a California burrito, but told them to hold the grilled steak (I am vegetarian). The server asked me if I was sure, if maybe I wanted chicken or chorizo with that, almost apprehensively. I figured nothing by this and went ahead and got it, just without the meat. After a good chunk of time, they came out with my ‘burrito’. A California burrito is supposed to have avocado, rice, beans, and some fries to add some starch and salt. What I got cannot be considered a burrito of any kind, hell I’d hesitate to call it food. It was a mountain of French fries, drenched with cheese, a single slice of avocado, and a tortilla gently placed on top and tucked under the edges of mount potato so it could still be considered some kind of burrito. I see why the server was hesitant. The grilled steak was the only thing that may have made it edible. My hopes and dreams withered and died as I pulled the tortilla from the mound in an attempt to cut it open. I was tired and hungry from camping and bridge day, so at the sight of this ‘meal’ I almost cried. I never will come back

Traditional Mexican food done extremely well! Fajita Burrito and Carnitas Chile Verde were both amazing! Drinks were good too! Also had a great conversation with Jose the owner ...you can tell he loves what he does!
