I have to say it was not great but it wasn’t horrible. We have enjoyed ourselves and our food more at other restaurants than we did at The Gaines Estate. The menu was “acceptable.” The food delivery took an extraordinary amount of time and though the food was fresh, I would have expected a more palatable flavor than what was served. I would give this experience a 3 out of 5.

From the atmosphere to the food it was perfect. Allyson is the coordinator and she is amazing. She is efficient, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. She is a big reason my wedding day was not stressful at all.
The chefs were very accommodating and the bar tenders and staff were loved by our guests. Thank you so much for helping us such a beautiful and fun wedding!

In town for Bridge Day. Sat at the bar and chatted with Matt, the bar tender. We needed a place to camp. He calls Ben at the Outpost. They were full but got us in. Loved the meal and wonderful conversation with Matt.
Parking: We ended parking up the hill. A short walk to the door. Upon leaving, an employee offered to shuttle us to our car. We politely refused and moments later the owner of the business stopped her personal car and made the same offer. Such wonderful people.

Awesome experience! The food, service, and ambiance was just great. Great craft cocktails and delicious food - beef ragu was so good, the trout was cooked to perfection. Loved that Chef Greg and his assistant came out to greet us and get our feedback (which was 100% positive). This was our best meal in the area!

We chose the Gaines Estate for my husband’s birthday dinner and it was a great choice. Although the menu is limited, there was something for everyone. We all got something different and everyone was happy. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The caramelized onion/goat cheese appetizer was amazing. Dessert was great especially the bread pudding. Mixed drinks were wonderful and the wine list had numerous choices. Totally worth the money which although a little pricey was fair. Beautiful venue and good service.
My husband and I have came here for Valentine’s Day Dinner, and now our anniversary. Both times everything has been amazing. Our last visit, for our anniversary, we sat outside and Maggie was our wonderful server! She kept my water full, my wine glass refilled, and made wonderful recommendations for food and appetizers. There was live music which was pleasant - we had the gnocchi and ribeye. Everything was delicious, my husband said it’s the best steak he’s had, especially with the bourbon sauce! They also valeted us from the parking lot and back which I thought was a nice touch. We had a great time and will be back! Thank you guys for the amazing experience!

Having less than 2 months to plan for a wedding at this venue we were extremely nervous. Allyson made sure to answer every question and was very thorough. She followed through on every detail. Hair and makeup ran over longer than scheduled and they were completely understanding and helped every step of the way. Bill is a genuine person who embodies class and grace. The venue is breathtaking. We considered carefully when looking and visiting venues, we definitely made the right choice. Great atmosphere with amazing staff.

We had our first dining experience last night at The Gaines Estate and it was wonderful! The atmosphere, service, and food were all amazing. Maggie was our server and she was so polite and attentive. Chef Greg made us the absolute best meal. He came out to check on us to make sure the food was cooked to perfection. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend everyone to go and check it out. A+++
