Service is TERRIBLE, and I’m not one to complain but they have got my order wrong on multiple occasions, they’re lazy and they don’t check the bag to see if all the food is in there or if it’s the right thing. They expect to get paid for an easy job they barely try to do right. And no, I’m not an old lady trying to complain, Im sick of my order being wrong.

Super rude manager didn’t give me what I asked for and then showed me an attitude when I asked for a refund. And the cashier didn’t know what they were doing at all took very long to make a simple order. I will not be eating in this hostile environment again.
Got some nasty lookin people in there making your food, but whatever...

Went to visit grandson and great grandchildren brought them Wendy's which they choose. My chicken Asiago was so so good. Hunny loved his baconator. Grandson loved baconator and great kids lived the nuggets fries. Oh yeah I tried the mint Frosty chocolate it was ok. We live a hour from a Wendy's. Oak Hill WV employees great and service

Got a bacon double stack Biggie Bag, only they neglected to include the most important thing on it...BACON! Also, my lettuce and tomato weren't included either. Extremely disappointed by my local Wendy's. I never thought I'd write a negative review about them, but here I am. I had to initiate a refund through Doordash, which is where I ordered it from.

The foods pretty good but they mess up simple orders often and don’t use quality ingredients. Be wary of ordering breakfast, their eggs are moldy more often than not.

I walked out.
I just wasn't getting a good feeling about the cleanliness.
Place was dirty, out of ketchup and straws, lids we almost empty. Food was ok, we did receive it quickly

I ordered the biggie bag bacon. Waiting twenty minutes to order and after ordered the cashier asked me did I want a receipt like everyone else. The guests before me paid with cards. I paid with cash 20.00 bill. $7.49
My change was 12.51. He gave me $7.00.without a receipt. I put it in my billfold and didn't think about it until driving home. The kitchen was very busy and bad communication between the staff. The food was amazing good. The Waiting after placing the order was fifteen minutes.
The cashier is a man early thirty tattoos on right arm wearing baseball cap sunglasses on the brim. The language to the guests didn't include empathy of courtesy. ( yea..hu)
I have never experienced this at any Wendy's restaurant. Eating here at least three times weekly. My visit was 1:15 pm.
