Went here a few days ago to eat while visiting Fayetteville. Ordered a small cup of chili and a small water. Staff was nice. Chili was a bit watery though. Recommend for a quick food stop

Ordered DoorDash got 50 chicken nuggets all soggy and it took TWO people to bring our food and no sour cream and they didn’t wave back and they look a while they took too long they missed TWO turns get better kid

The guy working the register this afternoon (oct 22) was doing such a great job at handling a lunch rush while still making customers feel welcome! Despite it being quite busy, his service made lunch feel like a breeze. Food was pretty good too, but he just deserves a special shoutout for his work ethic!

Service is TERRIBLE, and I’m not one to complain but they have got my order wrong on multiple occasions, they’re lazy and they don’t check the bag to see if all the food is in there or if it’s the right thing. They expect to get paid for an easy job they barely try to do right. And no, I’m not an old lady trying to complain, Im sick of my order being wrong.

Super rude manager didn’t give me what I asked for and then showed me an attitude when I asked for a refund. And the cashier didn’t know what they were doing at all took very long to make a simple order. I will not be eating in this hostile environment again.

Went to visit grandson and great grandchildren brought them Wendy's which they choose. My chicken Asiago was so so good. Hunny loved his baconator. Grandson loved baconator and great kids lived the nuggets fries. Oh yeah I tried the mint Frosty chocolate it was ok. We live a hour from a Wendy's. Oak Hill WV employees great and service
Got a bacon double stack Biggie Bag, only they neglected to include the most important thing on it...BACON! Also, my lettuce and tomato weren't included either. Extremely disappointed by my local Wendy's. I never thought I'd write a negative review about them, but here I am. I had to initiate a refund through Doordash, which is where I ordered it from.
