I've ordered there 3 times in the past month and everytime they put into their system that my order was delivered when it hadn't even left the store. They claim it's completely automated when it's not. Last time I ordered my food it was supposed to take 20 minutes and I didnt receive it for 2 hours. Complaining to corporate did nothing as they said it's not a corporate store so they claimed to pass the complaint to the store owner, same issue today. However their driver is fantastic. Short of it they are claiming deliveries are being done to keep themselves out for trouble then completing them when they want.

Horrible customer service didn’t say a word to us. Night shit @9:56pm. Pulled into the pickup window to get our food. Sat there for 5-10 minutes till someone came to the window. Opened the window and didn’t say a single word. My bf proceeded to say his name the worker shut the window. Handed him a receipt to sign. Walked away got our food handed it out the window and we proceeded to say thank you and merry Christmas. Not a single reply. Very rude and disrespectful!

Placed an online order...got notification that my food was done just to get there to get it and here gotta wait for everything to be remade cuz some idiot can't read and gave my food to someone else !!! So I had close to a hour sitting and just waiting for domino's to get it together !!! Not happy!!!!

My pizza was fantastic.I love when I ask for extra sauce and i actually get extra sauce. The toppings were fresh and abundant. The gentleman that took my order and made my pizza was a guy named Mark. Overall, it was a great pizza and I'll definitely be ordering from Dominos again. Thanks Mark 😊

We ordered online and they said 20 minutes. We arrive approximately 20 minutes later and paid. The person who took our payment said it will be 8 minutes because he just put the pizza in. 10 minutes later another person came to the window and said it's going to be 8 minutes and I said no he told me 10 minutes ago he put our pizza in and it should be ready. She said I don't know why he told you that because your order just went in the oven. After we finally got our pizza 10 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't want to come to the window and said he was busy. He finally did after I insisted. His explanation was as confusing as the rest of our ordeal and then in a sarcastic way he said have a great evening, enjoy your day or some smart--s comment. All that for cardboard with sauce and cheese on it. Now I know why it's been years since I got pizza from that location

Tonight was the busiest I have ever seen Domino's. It took a little longer than usual for our order, But the Pizza was perfect, and the staff was cheerful and very polite. in spite of being inundated with orders. They all deserve a great deal of credit for such a wonderful work ethic!!
