Howdy's is an icon! Usually staffed by highschool kids, who are friendly and quick. Ice cream treats are creative(ice cream nachos) and delicious. Honestly, dairy Queen in Wellsburg could learn a lot from this small town, family owned business. You can see the staff making your item in a spotless environment. The prices are very reasonable(less than dairy Queen). A lot of choices. Can't say enough good things about Howdy's Dairy Owl. Highly recommend!

Tried brownie meltdown.. it costed $6.75 dollars.. brownie meltdown comes with vanilla icecream and you have option to change the icecream if required. Also whipping cream and nuts are optional. We are confused of selecting banana split or brownie melt and we decided to go with the meltdown. Brownie meltdown was yum and adding nuts was best decision.. the place was very nice… it would be nice if they had seating around the store..there is plenty of parking.. the staff were really nice and helpful. Must visit place before summer is done.
