Unfortunately there is a beautiful patio that never gets used because they refuse to serve anyone out there even if there are only 2 people sitting inside.. and the inside smells very strong of mildew and flares up our allergies. The weather was beautiful last Saturday and we were refused to sit outside because she didn't want to go in and out. It's always something here. We will no longer be supporting this business.
So, you have to order cinnamon rolls a day in advance, okay that's fine. Then, they won't let you order less than 6... Well okay then I guess I'll take 6. Those 6 were 25$ and then they asked for a tip because "business is slow". Like, yeah everyone is having a tough time right now. The cinnamon rolls were fine, but nothing I'd go out of my way for again.I understand the process is time consuming (I used to work at at bakery). I just disagree with the concept of ASKING for a tip. I do tip at restaurants that I know have been excellent to me, this was my first time at yours. Also, to clarify, they said the waitresses/waiters work off tips and that's the reason they asked for a tip. So 'business being slow' pertaining to those types of employees, I assume.
I visited this place on my vacation and it was the most amazing food i had in my life and the service is great it is a family owned business where the owners make your feel welcome please eat here you will not regret it I'd like to move to town just to be able to have their food all the time
great outdoor dining and delicious food with excellent service.
The owner is very rude on multiple occasions. On Mother’s Day we did not have reservations but there were many open tables and we were refused to be served. We did not have a reservation because no on answered the phone when we tried to get one. We try and support local businesses but not this one anymore. This morning we wanted to sit outside with only 2 customers in the building eating and was told it was too humid for her to serve 2 more feet out the door while WE were the ones sitting outside. Have given this place many chances but our time has come to an end at Three Bridges. Do not recommend.
Me and my husband tried Three Bridges for the first time last night for dinner, it was delicious. First we started with the cheese sticks with sweet chili sauce then had the special the Philly Cheesesteak and fries with a side of corn salad and mini cheesecakes for dessert. The owners Laurie and Aaron are very nice and we really enjoyed getting the chance to talk to them, they really know their food, everything is made from scratch. We definitely will be back.
Wonderful restaurant in our home town. Food is amazing! Owner's are wonderful people. If your looking for a great place to eat Three Bridges is a must!!

Super cool little diner,, courtyard in back with ivey brick wall... awesome breakfast, wild mushroom omelet, delicious steak and eggs ?
We had a a very good breakfast, freshly made, nice people!
I cannot speak more highly of this place. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and right at home. The experience only got better from there. I walked in not really knowing what I was hungry for and took a gamble on their current special, J*** Chicken with rice and pineapple pico. It was EXCELLENT.Thank you to the owners for the food and even better conversation. This is the reason to support local businesses. The cook clearly knows what he’s doing and take prides in every dish he creates.Finished off my meal with a chocolate, strawberry filled cake. It was so light and airy, I could’ve eaten a whole cake… seriously so good. I would give 6 stars if I could. This is a must stop if you are in town. Well done ????
Modest dining room. Good service. Good food. Fair price. Cook knows what he's doing.
If anyone has not been to Three Bridges in Follansbee you need to get there. Wonderful family home cooked meals made with lots of thought. Highly recommended.
