Minney’s Family Restaurant

This such a cute hidden gem on the side of the mountain. There is views of the river behind it. Small and quaint. The food was very good, we stopped in for breakfast. Sat by the window so we could see the river below us. So friendly and it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Great down to earth spot where the people are real!

Had breakfast there today Minneys sunrise skillet and it was delicious cannot wait to come back again and try a burger for lunch

Loved this place we went for breakfast and let me tell you it was sooo good! The French toast was the best we have ever had. Very welcoming atmosphere and service was outstanding!

Stopped here on our way to Summersville, just a few minutes off the highway. Lots of options on the menu, things were delicious and cheap! Plus a cute view of the river

Sub was mostly bread. No banana peppers as described. Fries were generic frozen fries. Pie slice was VERY small. Not worth the money! Would NOT return.

A very solid roadside family restaurant. Clean, fast and friendly service. Reasonable prices and a nice selection of comfort foods. You'll be glad you stopped here.

My first time here. I’ve driven by this before and noticed it and wanted to make sure I got to try it out. I love these little mom and pop country diners. I wish there were more but it seems like they are disappearing. Real home cooked food just like you grew up on. I would like to return when I’m in the area to try more of the dishes. The server was friendly. There was an appropriate amount of options with several desserts to choose from. Not a lot going on in the area food wise so I’m sure it is a popular spot for the locals but it isn’t a far drive from the interstate. Worth checking out if you’re passing through and want to stop in for a quick bite that is real food.

This place is absolutely awesome. It has an awesome view and its food is even better. My dad and I went and they were so nice, we decided to buy matching t-shirts. Definitely go!
