So far, we’ve only tried the burgers, we just can’t get past the burgers. They’re so good. We love this place.

Horrible service. No plates for salad bar, no soup out at all. Service never showed up unless you called. Had to find own silverware.Service acted as they just didn't want to wait on us. Will not return!

Nice restaurant, but the wait staff was definitely not worried about the simple task of waiting on tables.Took 15 minutes just to have the drink order taken.Placed order at the same time. When the food arrived, the appetizer was 1/2 the order, I ordered a full order of wings and only received 6. I pointed that out and was told the kitchen messed up the order.My meal was wrong as well. Ordered no ketchup, add cheese on cheeseburger. Waitress couldn't have checked any order for the table as they were all wrong.Check was never brought to the table, and when I went searching for my waitress, she was nowhere to be found and never adjusted the bill to reflect the difference. The cashier didn't adjust the bill either.If you're starving and haven't eaten for days, I'd still pass The Hollow Restaurant... pathetic service...Do yourself a favor and visit subway.

We had not been to the Hollow for awhile and ended up there for a dinner meeting on Friday. The food was good so we decided to bring the family back for lunch on Sunday. When we walked in Sunday we ended up waiting around 10 minutes to even be seated. After being seated we ordered our drinks and food. The drinks came in 5 minutes. After that we did not see the waitress again for the next hour and fifteen minutes. By the time we finally got our food two of us had to ask for it to go because we no longer had time to eat. The worse part was the restaurant was not overly crowded and everyone in our party ordered hamburgers and fries.I may be back again for takeout but I will never be back to dine in.

Waited over an hour for our food to arrive before leaving to eat somewhere else. They said it would take an additional 30 minutes before we would get our food. It wasn't even busy and it is pretty sad that they can't get a hamburger and a chicken steak out in less than an hour and a half. Never going back and either should you unless you like waiting an incredible amount of time for your food. VERY SLOW kitchen staff...
