I had a bad experience recently, I purchased a salad from the produce department. When I was starting to eat it, I noticed something in the bottom of the bowl. I found an ant in the salad. I called the Gassaway Kroger Store, spoke with the manager on duty. Her response was you are the first to complain. It does matter if I am the first or the 101st to complain. Don't talk down to customers in any way. She told me to bring the item back, as they had a policy to follow. I have had several experiences with problems with this store, each time however the line staff that I spoke with, tried to help me. I hate Wal Mart, but I am doing my grocery shopping their from now on.
