Extremely cold lobby. I mean. My daughter and I were shivering the entire time. It went from the doors being opened a lot either. We were the only people here.
Food was mid compared to other pizza huts in the region.

Katellynn was our waitress, very polite, always interested in our needs, drink refills Katellynn made several trips to our table, to check about the food and drink. I noticed when she was cleaning a table, Katellynn cleaned it like her family was going to eat there. To be so young Katellynn is a very caring young lady, you don't see people like that anymore. Pizza Hut should be proud to have Katellynn as an employee. GOD bless.

I visited the Pizza Hut in Gassaway, West Virginia, and had a great experience. The restaurant was conveniently located near my hotel, making it easy to grab a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my pizza was hot and delicious. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, perfect for a quick meal. Overall, it was a satisfying stop for pizza!

It is straight wrong not to have prices listed on the menu, it's feels like we are being robbed, because not everyone knows how to use a qr code. This is totally unfair to our visually impaired and our elderly. This will be the very last time I ever eat at Pizza hut.

It's been awhile since I eat there. I can't believe the prices 21.80 for one large pizza. Can eat a lot cheaper with more food at local restaurants. Would not give me a senior discount ??

It's a pizza hut- no prices on the menu considering leaving a lower score for that. My bill was $93. For 3 people. 2 med pizzas 32 wings. One person got water. That's a bit outrageous. I just ate the night before at 3 of Gordon Ramsay restaurants and it was cheaper lol
We had pizza , sushi, gourmet hamburgers with truffle fries. For 3 peopleAnd we all got drinks. It was less than pizza hut
