This is the best pizza hut I have ate my whole life we come here every Wednesday and eat every Wednesday if u have never been to this pizza hut u need to eat there food and service is ?

This Pizza Hut is great. But DO NOT order from Doordash. Either eat in, or pick up for carry out. Doordash in this area will promise that you can get a delivery, then cancel immediately before the restaurant closes. Tonight I wasted nearly three hours of my life and i would’ve gone hungry if I hadn’t sped as fast as I could to pick up in person as the restaurant was closing.The place itself was excellent. Great service, friendly folks, delicious pizza.

Pretty good food. A little expensive these days so we don't get it very often but nice every once in a while.I do also wish companies would stop requiring high levels of energy amd engagement from food/service workers.Simple politeness is great, anything more is super disingenuous.

Even though we had to wait longer than expected for our takeout pizzas to be ready, they were awesome. You can't get taco pizza at all Pizza Hut locations, but you can at this one, and it is fantastic. ? (The girl at the pickup window was super sweet, too.)

Lost a simple order of bread sticks and personal pan pizzas. They served others that came in after us. 50 minutes later, a “quick” lunch turned into a major delay. They spent more time trying to figure out what went wrong than making it right. They are offering stuff free, but still :( We’ve been here before and liked it. This review is for this visit. Food good, service bad.

I’m willing to bet this is the most beautiful location a Pizza Hut has ever been; On top of a mountain! And the service is fast too!Fry - Those with a fear of heights might want to avoid using the drive thru.

Manager Andrea Carr slept with an employee and hired a felon and active drug user. Also there’s sewage coming out of the sink in the back right next to the food while they still sell food to customers.

Food was good,staff was friendly. The issue was I ordered my food on mobile app. I waited until the app said my food was ready and went to pickup. The food wasn't ready. They were just starting to Make it. So I waited at least 30 minutes extra for my order. That's a big negative when you are in a hurry

The food was amazing. Only complaint was our waitress. We added cheese sticks after our initial order was placed and I understand people forget but she flat out looked at her manager and tried to say we said no and like the add on never happened!
Quite possibly the worst service I've experienced. It all started when I walked through the door. I stood at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged. During that time, a family walked in & stood behind me. When a waitress finally approached me, I held up 1 finger ... for party of 1 (no ... not the middle finger!). She then looked at the group behind me & asked, "How many?" They answered, "3". She proceeded to seat them without saying a word to me & then took their drink order. She finally returned to the counter & asked if I was eating in or ordering out. She sat me. Then it took another 7 min before my waitress came to my table. I ordered a personal pan pizza & breadsticks. She said, "I'll have it out in 15 minutes." Well, 25 min later I receive my breadsticks (delicious). Then, 10 min later I get my personal pan pizza (nasty). I finished eating & pushed the plates away & waited another 18 min before my waitress comes to my table to check on me. For the record, they were busy but not slammed. Only 3-4 tables were occupied when I walked in, & they had 3 waiters working.
