Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I ordered online. It was ready within the time frame. I went thru the drive thru to pick up. The staff was not very friendly. It actually seemed like I was bothering her. They were quite busy inside the restaurant so I assumed that was the reason for the slighted interaction. When I received my order it was missing the drinks and the spicy queso that I had paid extra for. I forgot about it until I was halfway home, I guess because it was pouring the rain. My order wasnt cheap at 41.00 for 2 people. That doesnt really bother me, food is expensive no matter where you go. Its the fact that I paid for things I didnt receive mainly. The service I can understand. When your super busy it can be overwhelming without adequate staff.

Food was good but I buy the cupcakes and they NEVER have enough icing on them and I ask for extra and they always say they can't because the lady that does it isn't there...They need to fix that I feel as if anyone can squirt some icing on top.

I went to Dairy Queen and I ordered a chicken strip basket. I got home and opened the gravy and there was NONE. It wasn’t even halfway full. How am i supposed to eat 6 tenders with basically no gravy lol.

It’s an old place but it also wasn’t very clean. Employee used the restroom and didn’t wash her hands and went into the kitchen so you couldn’t get me to eat there if you paid me. I will say that they all said hello when I went in the restaurant. Parking lot was accessible and spots right in front of the entrance. They had a nice outdoor area but no trash cans outside.

I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes until I placed a mobile order only to find their lobby was locked. So I get back in line now 3 spaces back to wait another 20 minutes to get my food. Absolute bummer.

Management should seriously consider training staff on how to interact with other humans. Drive through worker was extremely rude to me. I went on my way and didn't bother ordering. I don't want to eat here anymore. Glen Daniel used to have an awesome DQ but it has declined over the years.
