Wow what a great place in the middle of town for a great meal. We were checking out the local state park for future camping, and went into Glenville looking for a place to eat. Most places were fast food junk or closed and out of biz. . We turned on to the main street and saw a pizza place that was open so decided that that would half to do, So we parked got out of the car and low and behold we parked in front of this little Cornerstone Cafe. It had a for sale sign in the window and an open sign in the other. So we went in not sure if they were even in Biz or not. They said they were and we got seated. Menu had a good selection of breakfast, lunch and sandwiches as well as steaks and dinners. They had daily specials too. Today was Creamed chicken over biscuits, or baked steak. We both liked the sound of the chicken dish and so ordered it. Service was fast, as was the meal to the table. YUMMY is the best I can say of this diner. I almost licked the plate too. We topped it off with some pie ( home made coconut cream pie and Black berry cobbler) Both were fab as they say. WE are sorry to hear they want to sell out because this is one of those gems you never find often., Go there and eat .

We thought the place was closed. Appeared empty and for sale signs in the windows however a local told us they were open and they had just ate there so we went in. It was a good lunch. The food was fresh and the service good. Glad we found out it was open.

Stopped in and was served by Emmie. Fantastic service for sure, but the food!!A simple Swiss and mushroom burger and some chips, but someone one of the best burgers I've had in years. A perfect blend of juicy and firm, but in my opinion the real draw were the chips. Many locations that serve chips with a meal give chips that are stale, mushy or some other verb that negatively describes the poor things, but these chips were utter perfection. It was like they were pulled right from the factory!Parking: Street parking at front of building on Main Street, augmented by a secondary parking area behind the structure, with a tertiary lot across the street that can also be used for parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp at back door of the building, but no designated parking area of handicapped use.

You can definitely tell they're closing soon. It hasn't always looked like this. It's mostly empty inside. Always gets my food and drink correct and comes back to check.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking outside the restaurant and a ramp in the back outside

The restaurant used to be good a few years back, but has horribly gone down in quality and food. My fiance and I sat in the booth section to see trash and plastic plates on the floor. The bathroom door to the women's restroom was left wide open to the horrid smell of diapers. We paid for our drinks and left.

Well above average for a hometown diner. Don’t let the reasonable prices deceive you; you’ll definitely be needing a to-go box, especially for the burgers. Also, the pies are pretty good.

Had breakfast here while visiting Glenville for a convention. Generous portions and the food was good. I had the biscuits and gravy and enjoyed them.
