McDonald's is better. Burger king burger patties get smaller and smaller 70% bun. Burgers are not hot but cold with no flavor. McDonald's burgers are full of flavor and delicious and always a hot fast meal.This is why I prefer McDonalds. I Will not return to Burger King to waste money.

Don't eat here unless you want food poisoning!!!! The food was cold (probably reason for the food poisoning) the food is bad the staff is bad and their band new pop machine didn't even work. New look, same bad food. Ps I'm not one to write a good or bad review on anything but please save your money or go to a different burger king if you want a classic whopper.

The negativity of the female employee with red/orange hair is absolutely absurd. She is extremely unprofessional and has horrible customer service skills. I have been here several times and tried my best to give her the benefit of the doubt but she continues to disrespect her customers on a day to day basis. Today, we were ordering and she was extremely rude and impatient. Her tone was AWFUL. She said âOkay pull aroundâ and we asked her what the total was⊠at which point she decided to turn her headset off and ignore us. A horrible business with horrible staff.

Jus went there July 25 7:00 they cant take orders cause there is no manager there is what I was told. That's awful should jus close the place
Staff was very friendly with what little staff was there the are always under staff 1 person in front and 1 in the kitchen I would would quit if I had to work like that do everyone in grafton a faver and shut the place down or learn how to run a restaurant or maybe some of the people working in the office she come and work at a store for a week or maybe weâll get lucky and a pull the franchise from the owner to the staff that there look for a different job you all deserve better

Had to get their attention to let them know they had customers. Then they screwed up a simple order. Also burgers had almost 0 flavor. I'm not sure if the Burger kings in the surrounding areas are operated by the same person but they are failing at all locations! Will not be going to Burger King anymore! Terrible terrible terrible!!!
