Been eating here for years. It definitely has its quirks and isn’t always the friendliest customer service but it’s never mean either. The food to me is always pretty consistent and good when I’m in the mood for it. The house blend is really good too.

One star is overestimating this restaurant, absolute worst customer service in my entire life. The restaurant doesn't close for another hour and I was told very rudely that they were no longer taking orders and to not come back. Some items are on the menu but you can't order them. Ect.

One star is too generous, I wish I could give zero.I can't imagine this restaurant staying open a month if just one other place that did Chinese food would open in Grafton. The barest possible modicum of customer service is ignored here, and in its place is rudeness and condescension. The phone won't save you, either, as the employees are just as tactless in person as they are when you call.Avoid the pain, and pray for another Chinese restaurant to open some day and deliver us from discourtesy.

I have eaten a lot of Chinese food in my lifetime. I've eaten in very nice restaurants and holes in the wall. During trips over the past several years, to visit family, I've seen this restaurant but never stopped. I didn't think that you could possibly get good Chinese food in Grafton WV. After I moved here, I decided I was going to have to try it. I miss all of the different ethnic foods and wanted something different. My first dish I tried was the orange chicken. It was so good! Then I tried the beef broccoli (top notch!). Love their hot and sour soup, the noodles have been great. This place is a hidden gem. So, like all of the other reviews said, they're not that polite. That's fine with me. At least the food is great! I give them 5 stars
I have not personally eaten here, but I called to see if they had any gluten-free options. The response that I got was fairly unprofessional.

Staff is EXTREMELY rude. You have to call multiple times to get answer. When they finally pick up they act incredibly annoyed. They make it noticeable that they do not want to take your order. The girl I spoke with tonight was the worst by far. Huffed and puffed the entire time. Horrible attitude. Food is good. If you don’t care about being talked to like you’re inconveniencing them, yes you should order. If not, don’t even bother. They’re all rude.
