Excellent food and service! Friendly atmosphere. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Our waitress was outstanding! I will be eating at Jerry's again. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

Went out to dinner with my parents and my boyfriend where we sat. I froze to death the whole time because employees would use the side door instead of having respect for the customers and go through the other door, where the customers were going throughMy food wasn’t the greatest. I ordered a country fried steak with fries…..My fries were cold. And I can’t stand cold fries. Even my salad had a taste to it that just turned me off. My mom’s food was wrong. She asked for no mushrooms got mushrooms and she ate her food by herself while we watched her because the food didn’t come till after we were all done eating just don’t feel like they care anymore. I’ve been coming here for over six years and after this experience, I won’t be coming back

Love this little restaurant in Grafton wv. Food is always amazing and the service is always perfect. Also the owners kenny and Vicky are always so nice and respectful you can tell they care about jerrys like its a second home. The restaurant has a home vibe. It's a must go to restaurant!

I tried Jerry’s this evening for the first time and unfortunately it will be my last. At least our waitress was really friendly but that was the only perk. I ordered a hamburger and onion rings. I only got about 5-6 onion rings that were mostly small and not fresh. The real issue was with the hamburger itself though. It was probably the worst burger i’ve ever eaten. The patty had no flavor and seemed like it was frozen and just thawed out and thrown on the grill. It didn’t even smell right. I was pretty hungry and didn’t want to be a j*** so I ate part of it. The wait staff seemed like they were having a rough night and our waitress was MIA dealing with stuff, plus it wasn’t how the food was cooked… it just tasted bad. Their other food might be better but i’m not going to gamble and find out. Especially because of the prices.

Our food today was absolutely delicious ? I got the roast beef with mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans and my fiance got their ranch roast beef sandwich absolutely awesome!! We tried the jalapeno bites also wonderful!! The service though is what made the experience even better the lady who waited on us was so kind and friendly an that makes It so much more worth it! Week prior we ate in Morgantown at a fancy smancy Italian restaurant and for what we paid the food wasnt good, service wasn't good.. this just goes to show the little hometown places like Jerry's wins in my books well definitely be going back again very soon!! Big thanks to Jerry's restaurant an staff it's nice knowing you guys are close!!

This was the first time there. Came by it on accident. It was a nice place. Clean, efficient staff.Food was great. Largest hamburger I have ever had. And well priced.

The service is good but the food was not fish over cooked fried under cooked and the cole slaw tasted very old..i miss the days of pre pandemic sorry but we will have to find somewhere else to get a good meal

Despite the fact that the fresh cut fries are no longer fresh cut, the overall service was excellent. When we sent back the first order for being cold, we realized on the second order that they were just not that good. The manager came out and talked to us and said she would have to taste them and find out what was going on. My salad was good and fresh and the evening was enjoyable.
We live in Grafton and always try to eat local when we go out . We decided to go out so we stopped in . After standing at the door not being greeted another couple walks in and is told to sit anywhere. So we grabbed a table on the side that could fit our family of 5. After waiting 35 min and not being greeted still with no drinks or even menus yet at this point we decided to get up and leave . Other smaller parties were coming in and getting spoken to and waited on but us nothing seemed very strange. I run a business as well and certainly know how hard it is to get help and train new people but this situation could’ve been handled way better .

Casual atmosphere, low prices, and friendly staff. Low prices and extremely generous portions. Food was excellent and served quickly, drink refills came without even having to ask.

The picture of the waffle looked so good we decided to go here for breakfast while staying at the state park nearby. Unfortunately, they no longer serve breakfast. :(. It was the 4th of July and a lady came out to tell us they would be open at 11:00 with a special bbq buffet instead of their regular menu. The grill/smoker was going in the parking lot and smelled so good we decided to wait for lunch. We went back at 11;00 and enjoyed the buffet which included pork bbq, hamburgers, hot dogs, smoked mac & cheese, and baked beans. The waitress was super nice and everything tasted good.

I ordered take out for my mom. She liked it. I used to like to eat at Jerry's...however, a couple years ago a party of five of us were going to dine-in. A waitress met me at the door and informed me that my service dog could not come in. He was wearing his vest and I even offered to show his papers, but she still denied me. It was fine, the Capri was happy to serve us. And their food was delicious.

Not sure what others are talking about, the food was really good. Remember this is a local diner, not a country club. One in our party had the crab balls, another had the italian hoagie, another had the hot roast beed sandwich and I had, dont laugh…baked potato and a side of cooked cabbage. It was all very good. They are not stingy on the food either. The waitress was pretty much alone and was excellent at her job. We will stop back when in town.
