1st the machine jammed, and instead of reprinting a new receipt THE MANAGER says I HOPE YOU DIDNT NEED UR RECEIPT.. I said I DO... SO SHE HANDS ME A RECEIPT THATS RIPPED INTO PIECES!! WOW... FOOD WAS A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. STRIPS ARE THE SAME PRICE AS BONE IN CHICKEN WHICH IS RIDICULOUS $70 FOR 16PC STRIP MEAL 2 LEGS AND 1 CHICKEN BREAST!!!! AND THE CORN LOOKS AND TASTE LIKE IT WAS CORN FROM 10AM ... STRAWBERRY BITES WERE COLD AND OLD TOO... I WLD BE ASHAMED TO SERVE PAYING CUSTOMERS THE COLD OLD FOOD THIS PLACE DOES!!!!!

The people try hard but they are under staffed during busy times like weekends. I’ll keep going but the service in very hit or miss depending on time of day. Even when you mobile order exactly what you want. You wait ten minutes then they negotiate no extra crispy…..come on!

Sunday at noon was busy. But, the service time was quick for the number of people there. The chicken was delicious. We like the Grafton KFC and frequently go there. We average $11 per person for family of 4 with most totals between $40 to $45.

Not a good place to work or eat also if health department dose a inspection they will be shut down due to the drains and water flooding the kitchen they do not clean properly either just a heads up

i know large orders take more time, so i order well in advance so i don't have to wait as long. this place can never get food out in a timely manner, and i mean NEVER. it’s 15 minutes past my order time and i just now got my food.

The manager and employees at this restaurant go above and bring to make sure that every customer, even the late night stragglers that most people see walk in and sigh in annoyance, get a being pleasant experience while being a customer at this shop. They are extraordinarily accommodating and will consistently make sure that you are happy with the food and leave the experience and interaction grateful and with a smile. They may be busy and slower at times but they never forget to make the individual feel heard and recognized in a memorable way, it’s definitely my go to in a night of take out or delivery.
