Seems like everytime I come there's a problem. Showed up at 1035 when they are suppose to be open until 11 and they had the doors locked already even though they had someone else waiting in the parking lot as well. They never have "Hot n ready's" ready. They never answer the phone when you call. Food isn't as good as other locations and the staff is always rude and super unprofessional!

I went in to get a quick easy meal since it was halloween night and was greeted by Zack who took my order. He saw I had my son with me and offered him a trick or treat bag. As we were waiting him and his co workers Nevaeh and Steven made the order perfectly and quickly. The restaurant looked clean and the workers work really well together. I will be coming back soon 😁

Best thing to ever happen to Grafton was putting a Little Caesars here haha. Love the place. The food is always good and is cheaper than any other pizza place around. Pretty smart to put it in where the old BK play place was.
Parking: Lots of parking due to it being inside the Burger King. Maybe 30+ parking spots. It’s also right next to Walmart so if it ever were to be full capacity you could just park at Walmart.

TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 8 MINUTES, IT TOOK 30 MINUTES. ONLY PUT HALF OF THE TOPPINGS I PAID FOR. THEN ONLY CUT HALF WAY THROUGH THE PIZZA SO WE HAD TO TEAR IT TO SHREADS WHEN WE TRIED TO EAT IT. THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN AND TRY SELLING HOT DOGS. A TOTAL

If they would answer the phone I would have gave them five stars all the way down but I have tried to call them countless times and either it just rings or says your call has been forwarded to a voicemail every time

It was a few days after they opened and they were extremely busy. I asked if it would be too much to order 9 pizzas. They said absolutely not and that they would be done in 10 minutes and they were. They were very good too. Thank you Little Ceasar.
