I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald's recently. I was waiting in line, and the cashier took care of the lady in front of me just fine. But then she saw me and just walked away. I ended up standing there for about seven or eight minutes with no one coming to take my order, so I just left.

This McDonald’s in Grafton, WV was a huge letdown. The wait time was ridiculous even though it wasn’t busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong and the food was cold. The employees were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to fix the mistake. Definitely not the quality or service you expect from McDonald’s.

It's a McDonald's. The building seems relatively clean. The staff has always been friendly. The only issue I see is that not a single glove is worn by anyone in the back. You can see all the way to the rear wall. I see the meat going on the grill, no gloves. The bun and toppings being added, no gloves. Everything getting wrapped and bagged, no gloves. All served with a smile though...
