I ordered 2 pizzas around 11:30, totaling in $29. Website said it was on the way, and would arrive at 12:09. About an hour after it was supposed to show up, I look outside to see it sitting on my neighbor's step. I don't know how long it was sitting there, but it was ice cold. There was no phone call, no knock, or any indicator at all that my food had arrived. It'll be a long time before I order here again.

Excellent Supreme Pizza! The original pan crust is extremely tasty. They always have our pizza ready at the given order time. Service is excellent. The website for ording was a little slow but it may have been due to my interest connection. I love that when you select the location it tells you the estimated time it would take to fill your order. Love Pizza Hut in Grafton!

I had a Doordash deliver of pizza and a calzone. Service and food both were very good!!!!This is NOT a dine-in location.
I ordered and payed for a Supreme pizza after the website changing the order many times, that required correction over and over. My pizza ended up only having mushrooms and onions on it when I got home with it. I repeat I paid for a Supreme. I am very unhappy with the website and what I got for what I paid. I would not recommend this.

We placed an order at 6:40 pm for $57 through the Pizza Hut app, keep this in mind. My husband received a notification that the Door Dasher was having trouble finding our house, and would leave our food somewhere safe within 5 minutes if they couldnât find us. Okay⊠first of all, we didnât use Door Dash? Secondly, our house is very easy to find, especially since weâve never had issues with Pizza Hut or literally ANY other delivery service before. My husband tried to contact the door dasher named Roy, and he wouldnât answer. He texted the door dasher, he wouldnât reply. My husband ended up getting a call from Door Dash, asking if they could connect us to our dasher on the other line; he obviously accepted. The guy finally connected/picked up, and acted like he didnât know wtf was happening, or why he was talking to me. I explained where we lived, and heard dogs in the background. Why are there dogs around our food? It sounded like he was at his own house, possibly? I asked where he was, he said, âUp by Pizza HutâŠâ and continued being extremely weird during our conversation. I called Pizza Hut to ask wtf the deal was, and if we could just get a refund because itâs been well over an hour, they said, âOnce the pizza is picked up by Door Dash, itâs out of our hands.â WTF?! So now we are out the $57, have no food, canât get in touch with anyone, and Pizza Hut basically told us to get fâked. Kudos to you, Grafton.
Ordered off the website a buffalo chicken melt. They gave me bread and cheese. Refused the refund my order. Very rude and dismissive
