They closed due to poor management. Food was old. Used unsafe foods. Unprofessional with staff. Yelling at them. Would not recommend their food truck either!!!

I was a HUGE fan of this place originally, however, it has gone down hill! The food was average. My baked potato (t Rex potato) was warmed, but not cooked. It was hard as a rock and I could not even cut it with a knife. My husband ordered tater tots that were burnt. The burger was only ok, and the service was TERRIBLE. It is now off the list

What a huge disappointment, first they were out of several items on their menu and numerous drink options. We decided to make the best of it as we'd wanted to try this place for months. Next after a 30 minute wait our appetizers finally arrived and were warm not hot in the least. Now we are waiting and waiting for our food. I should say there was 1 other party of 4 and 3 parties of 2 in the restaurant. After an hour after our appetizers our waitress came by to tell us they were out of food items we had ordered!! To say we were not happy is an understatement. We were assured our food minus the we are out of items was coming. Well it finally arrived after another 20 minutes and it was cold, not warm from the smoker cold. Beyond ticked by now I told our waitress of our issues and asked to speak to a manager, who never came. Finally I paid our bill and left after saying no we aren't happy and no we will not come back. Now I'm sure the owner will have some great come back as they have with other negative reviews. All I say is we won't go back and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Brought my husband here for his birthday. :( He had wanted to come here for quite some time. To say we were disappointed is an understatement unfortunately. We had high hopes. Tried to remain objective. Let me start with the good things first. Nice place, nicely decorated, good atmosphere, wait staff friendly and kept our drinks full, menu has a lot of choices. Now the bad....there were 5 of us, everyone's meals were cold except for the hamburger and my baked potato and macaroni and cheese. My baked potato looked great but it was very hard, very undercooked as well as the fries (they were like raw potatoes.). We got brisket, pulled pork and pulled chicken but it was all very cool. They didn't have several things we wanted that were on the menu. No fried pickles, no ribs, no fried banana peppers, no Starry, no root beer, no PEPSI!!! interestingly enough...they brought us samples of meat and collard greens then two of us ordered the collard greens and after waiting well over an hour they came out and told us they didn't have collard greens. The hamburger had wrong toppings, the tater tots were hard as a rock and one of us asked for a toasted bun which wasn't on the plate, we asked for it again and still never got it. Overall we waited nearly two hours for our food that wasn't really good and was $130. I can't say I would come back again or recommend to anyone else after this experience.

Tried Carnivore BBQ for the first time yesterday. We had the bacon cheddar fries for appetizer. They were good - portion was small. The ranch was not house made, which was disappointing.For my meal, I chose the 3 meat platter (pulled chicken, pulled pork and brisket) with Mac n cheese & collard greens for my sides. After taking the order, our server Caitlin came back to let me know they didn’t have either of the sides I chose. I was bummed ☹️ but I picked baked beans and coleslaw instead. They were fine, just not what I wanted. The 3 meats were all a bit dry but had good flavor. I dipped them in bbq sauce.Husband had a smoked chicken club with a loaded baked potato. The sandwich was supposed to have bacon, lettuce and tomato on it, but it came out with no bacon and no toppings. Just the meat on a bun. He added Mayo and the jalapeños off the cheese fries, and he said it was very good anyway. He also said the potato was great. Kids got chicken tenders and onion rings, which they enjoyed. Our server Caitlin was friendly and attentive. Overall it was pretty good and we will go back again.

My sister visiting from SC her appetizer had hair in them, her brisket meal had hair in it, the fried green tomatoes she said had no taste. Setting waiting on our food, we heard a dog barking in the kitchen and looked and a dog was in a cage in the kitchen....they was trying to hide it under a table and a tablecloth but they couldn't hide the barking. Our waitress was really nice and polite and apologized for things.
