Live the food and service was great

Quite literally every time we order from this location, something is either missing or wrong. The manager always has an attitude when it’s brought up. And my orders aren’t just pizza, with 4 picky eaters in the house we are constantly spending $50-80 per order just for stuff to not be correct and then met with attitude over their mistakes.
Never have these issues if we happen to order from another location.

Claimed that just because they were busy it was ok to mess up an order and did not want to fix the order when I said that it was wrong. Very upset about the service I had.

I ordered tonight I bought pizza and cheese bread sticks the pizza was ok but the bread sticks were terrible ...... So greasy and the amount of garlic was disgusting you could not even taste anything but garlic.... My husband and I only ate one stick each and now we are both sick to our stomachs

Last night I ordered Gino's (only because my kids wanted pizza) and that's the only pizza shop in Hamlin. I spent $40 bucks on pizza, cheese breadstick and regular breadsticks. I was extremely disappointed with the food. I mean it was terrible. It was $40 that went down the drain. The sausage pizza looked almost green like. It literally wasn't fit to eat. How could breadsticks not be good? They were tough, you literally had to yank the jumbo breadsticks apart. I'm very grateful that I could even get anything to eat, but that was not okay the food they served us. It was a pickup order. After we got home and started eating, i noticed pretty quickly the quality of the food. I didn't call the store, because lets be honest what would they have done.... nothing! Very disappointed with GINOS!

Food is good, but don't recommend using online ordering (at least at this location). This is the third time in five months that we've had issues where our orders have either not been made or were messed up after ordering online. Best to dine in or call.
