I always like to check out distilleries when I travel because they have a taste of the areas their in. Still Hallow Spirits didn't disappoint. Ayla did a fantastic job in explaining the different spirits distilled and the components used to make them. All of the Spirits were very good. The place is very cool. Worth making a special trip to see and taste them. Pro tip: use an off-line map to get there as it's in the middle a beautiful place.

My partner and I decided to take a “chill day” after hiking Chimney Tops 4th of July. Like yourself, I took to checking reviews to decide where to adventure to and came upon Still Hollow. My partner and I loaded up the pup, drove 45 minutes up the road from our campsite and found ourselves at what quickly became our favorite distillery. What makes a business succeed is quality of product. What makes a company thrive is connecting with the customer and providing quality products. From the moment we entered, we felt like friends showing up to hang out on a Saturday afternoon. The lady doing our tasting was very knowledgeable, and excited to share and explain. It was/is amazing at the level of integrity they put into their products-from growing their own grains, to procuring water for whiskey production from their own mountain spring, to locally sourcing key ingredients, to creating their own packaging, producing all labeling, handling their own marketing,….. they are hands on, showing pride, joy and knowledge in all they produce. I was especially grateful that the owner was not only willing but excited to show my partner around the property and explained so much about the business. We left with two bottles and a maple syrup. Choosing just two was a challenge, as there were SOOOOOO MANY we loved. 💜 The cherry on top….. we ran into one of our hiking friends as we were leaving!…..6° of separation!🥰🤓

My husband and I stumbled on to this distillery while looking for breweries. We had an absolute blast!! Our host was so knowledgeable and engaging. The spirits were all amazing! We left with a bottle of Honey whiskey but definitely return for others!

7/11/2024. I went into taste some of their spirits and got to try everything. I can honestly say everything I tried was good. Some I liked better than others. All of their ingredients are local. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend visiting if you like whiskey.

Really good product...good tasting at Distillery ..small place literally up a dirt road old farm house and barn.... Their syrup on pancakes take hotcakes to another level. Mixed a bit of their maple bourbon syrup in the glass with some bourbon and ice....nice smokey front....sweet finish....Really enjoyed their gin

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this distillery on the way home from spruce knob in 2021. The owners are super kind and welcoming. Their facility is beautiful. I think my favorite part was visiting the natural spring on their land. They also have great merchandise and their booze is really good.

We had an excellent visit yesterday with Tony. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband is more into whiskey than I am but I still enjoyed the experience and tasting. The one I enjoyed most was the Elderberry Spirits. They’re also dog friendly! Mine sat (mostly) patiently under the bar inside with us. We went home with some bottles, and their syrup I can’t wait to try on some pancakes! Great visit all around.
