One of the best mom & pop pizza shops in the state.

We stopped here on a rainy Saturday afternoon during our stay at North Bend State Park. It was within close proximity to our location and pretty easy to find. While we were just looking for something to eat, we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our visit to Pizza House Family Restaurant. Our server was kind, attentive - and she even engaged with my 3 year old! The food was really good also! We had a cheese pizza, beer battered French fries and pizza sticks.Don't leave without grabbing some cookies (we liked the Iced Oatmeal Raisin & the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut).It was the exact welcoming, cozy, country vibe we are used to experiencing in West Virginia, and I'm glad we decided to stop. We made it a point that if we are ever in this area again, we will definitely be coming back here.

They used to have a wonderful grilled chicken and pineapple salad - today it was awful! It was a regular side salad with some chicken and tiny pieces of pineapple thrown on top and some strange-tasting red seasoning. My husband said his side salad tasted weird, his spaghetti was undercooked and the garlic bread was like chewing bubble gum. He NEVER complains about food but said he'll never go back.They were pretty busy so our food took a long time and it was like a freezer in there (and I don't get cold often).Sorry, but that's my review. ??‍♀️

We used the Pizza House for our wedding and Tim was awesome to work with made sure we got exactly what we wanted and was super helpful on knowing what people tend to enjoy at an event. Well he did amazing we had multiple people coming up to tell us how amazing the food was. Our vendors even went as far to let us know it was one of the best wedding food they have had out of the many weddings they have been to! So even if you’re just looking for a good meal while In the area we definitely recommend eating there; their chicken and baked steak are phenomenal ! We can’t thank them enough for making it such a lovely dinner!

FIRST VISIT. Coca Cola decor and family photos made it an adorable and cozy place to eat. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Our waitress (Carley) was WONDERFUL. She was attentive, pleasant and understanding when we had an issue with a dish being overcooked. Looking forward to trying the milkshakes and ice cream next visit!

We have been to the Pizza House several times and each time have been well satisfied. The food is good to be sure.

The fudge is amazing! Food is great. Closed on Sun and Wed.

Always good food. Wait staff very attentive to customers.

Ordered the Italian cold cut. Came out toasted and was good. Only negative was not much meat. Ravioli was good.

Not many restaurants out there to choose from but but this is definitely one to visit if you're out that way :)

Service from Chelsea was exceptional! We were just passing through the area and Googled good pizza near me. This was the option we chose because it was not far from rt 50. The pizza was average. Prices were affordable. The restaurant was charming and had character!

Rude Rude Waiter/ whatever !! I have never in my life been treated so bad as a customer!! I did not know that extra sauce for spaghetti cost extra when really there should have been enough on it to start with !!! The man tells me it is listed on the menu that it's extra. When I ordered the food I didnt know that I would have to ask for something that should have been enough to start with. I said u should have told me it cost extra and he responded by saying I should have bought a bigger portion ? I have 3 kids that begged to eat at ur restaurant when I barely had enough money in the first place!! I will not be eating here again!!! Was very upsetting to have been talked to the way I was !!

Fun Coke themed soda fountain decor. The breaded mushrooms were yummy. The Italian sub was only so-so.The no-bake chocolate and peanut butter cookies were very good!

Great food and a large selection. Very nice staff and very clean.
