The pizza looked and tasted like something you could get out of the freezer at the grocery store definitely not Pizza Hut quality. The wings were overcooked and very crunchy. The cinnamon rolls were raw tasting. The breadsticks barely had enough parmesan on them. They were out of pan pizzas so you had no choice except hand tossed and thin. The waitress was okay she kept asking do we need anything else. I will definitely never eat at this location again. We had a $50 tab and it was not Pizza Hut quality for the cost.

I absolutely LOVE pizza hut. The last dine-in p.hut around us is Hinton WV. The ambiance could be the best ever because it's right along the river, geese & ducks along the river. The trees in the fall are gorgeous. HOWEVER, whomever is the owner of Hinton, you do not realize how FILTHY it is! I've always noticed the windows & tables being smeared & dirty. But today I had to run in their bathroom & I came out gagging. I had to put my face in my shirt just to urinate & get out!! The toilet paper roll was in the floor! It was so dirty I put the roll on back of the toilet & saw the dirt I laid it in! That bathroom stunk so badly I gag remembering it! Those kids go there and return to cook our food!! That place could be cleaned up, table cloths on tables, clean windows to see outside, and people would love to come there. A dinner place by the river has so much potential, but you're throwing it literally to the sewer! I remember pizza coming to us sizzling in the pan. This was fresh made but lukewarm!! And you had 3 customers! I'm sorry but we will now never be back. And I'm sorry for our area because Pizza Huts are pretty much extinct. So sad. But I don't curse you. I'm a Christian. I just think you need a wake up call. Or someone 'driven' needs to own it. You have potential to be the best around! Be it!

Service sucked the messed my pizza up and wouldn't take any money off the bill. And it was there damn fault because they were taking online orders and not taking care of there dining room . They got my last dollar ever

Pretty good pizza, staff was very professional. And we're cool to have a little conversation with if there was a little wait on the order. Food has always been on time. Managers are pretty cool and down to earth.

This store is great. The worst thing that's happened was being shorted a wing, but when everything is hot & tasty, NBD! Stuff happens & people are human. I appreciate yall! 5/5 recommend.
I ordered pizza online, waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. Got to the drive through window and there was a sign on it to come inside. Went inside waited another 20 minutes to get the pizza. Then when I went to eat it, it had no sauce.

It’s really sad that you try to make a living for $10 an hour at less than 20 hours per week then to have hours cut again and having the general manager BECKY say “welcome to the real world” Now this is being said to someone who has 20+ years of experience in the restaurant industry more so on the fine dining aspect of the spectrum. This place has become really really sad No wonder no one in Hinton West Virginia can survive no one wants to give you the hours let alone the pay and then kill yourself while doing so. By the way this is for my father who works at this s…..hole He tries to give helpful advice on how to do prep and run the window and such and BECKY and manger RANDY wants to shut him up so he is looking to work elsewhere and I do not recommend anyone working in this s… hole Talk about poor management. Poor service. Poor working environments. Just poor poor poor poor.

Still a staple for my family, we love going into the pizza huts and sitting down. I still wish they had the salad bars they were out favorites. It's still one of the best places to get a slice. It's gotten a lot more expensive but still good.
