START HELPING NEW HIRES! Especially, when they ask questions! Quit catering to drive thru. Shame on those NOT helping!

Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Just got two gyros with almost no meat, barely any lettuce, one half of a ring of onion, little to no sauce!!! Also ordered a large fry and it was the crumbs from all day. The grease on what there was tasted weeks old. The bread was the only decent thing!!! It had maybe a tenth of the meat as on the add on TV. Whoever is managing this place now is either trying to get rich short changing the orders and serving curly fries that should have been thrown out hours ago! Cross Lanes, Huntington and Hurricane all have excellent food. It’s just a shame all Arby’s don’t have to live up to Arby’s standards and can do as they wish at their store! I will NEVER EVER waste my hard earned money there again!! I’ll call the corporate office tomorrow in hopes they address the situation for those living close to the Teays Valley Store!

Great quality food, very kind employee. But the customer area was a little messy/dirty.

Cashier decided to take a cigarette break when we ordered. They didn't drop food until she came back. Waited 15 minutes for food. Cook just stood there like he didn't know what to do. Absolutely horrible. And did I mention it was cash only.

A teenager with an attitude shouldn’t be working at the counter. He should be learning some manners in school.

Best Arby’s I’ve ever had omg

This Arby's gave what might be the worst fast food sandwich of any franchise name I've ever eaten in the past 40 years. The meat was dry and old, the amount of meat was puny, the bun was tasteless, and this sandwich was severely overpriced. The two guys working the counter were both unkempt and unhygienic (am being nice here) and the woman slicing the meat wasn't any better. This restaurant rates a 0 star.

Very nice restaurant I usually stop in every time I’m in the area and I always get quick service and the meals are always great. You can’t go wrong with any meal you buy there and I myself recommend the burgers. I wish they’d have a location near where I live.

I travel frequently every time I stop at this arby's, their buns are stale. I'm tired of eating stale buns.

This is the second or third time we’ve gone and the kids meals did not have the toy in it. I wouldn’t say it matters but to a kiddo, it does. This time I was also highly unimpressed with my buffalo wrap. They didn’t cut it all the way through and there was barely any chicken at all in it. I unwrapped it and ate it with a fork too because it was soooo soggy. The woman taking the order in drive thru was rude and after every thing I said she would say “do you want anything else?” with a short tone. The only thing I’ll say is that the food was warm and served quick. The Mac and cheese bites are gross but that’s not specific to this location.

Sandwich and fries were disgusting, all you could taste was something that tasted like burnt grill...the fries were cold and old. Very disappointed....I'm on my way to Florida or I would have went back through the drive thru. Will never stop at this Arby's again

Hmm... I didn't take any pictures of this Arby's because I just wanted to make it a very quick in and out.
When I walked in no one was at the counter and I had to wait a few minutes before anyone realized I was standing there.
Once I was acknowledged however, it was smooth sailing from there on. Gavin was open, friendly and more than helpful when taking my order. I especially liked being able to see the meat being freshly sliced in the back!!!
I love the original Greek Gyros and they did a great job of evenly spreading the meat, and also in my beef & cheddar ? ?! All in all a good visit!

Parking: There was plenty of parking for walk-ins. Main business through drive-thru.
