Arbys has gone downhill through the years, and regular prices menu items are very expensive for what you get, esp compared to others. That said this is a pretty good Arbys location. Foods always fresh, quick service.

Was trying to order through the drive-thru and could not hear the guy on the speaker. I tried to explain I was hard of hearing and he proceeded to YELL into the speaker and talk over me. I decided to pull up to the window so he can try again (lol) but proceeded with attitude and hatefulness. God forbid you have to repeat yourself? If you don’t like your job, quit! Don’t take it out on disabled people. Absolutely disgusting. This occurred on 3/1/24!
