Most of the time im in here its for an iced coffee or hash browns or an occasional wake up wrap I come in when they open in the morning there haven't been any issues thus far it does get very busy very quickly in the morning.

ordered blueberry muffin and mocha latte 15 minute wait because they only care about drive thru then my muffin. turns into donut when i get in my car it’s magical

Spent 20 minutes in the drive through for them to hand me a cold latte when I ordered a hot latte.
The only Dunkin that I have to wait 25 minutes to get my order in the drive thru.

Ordered 6 donuts in the drive-thru around 9am. Paid for our donuts at the window, and got on the interstate to head home. We opened the box and realized they had switched out half of our donuts without asking if we'd like replacements for flavors they had run out of. Why shove random flavors in the box? That's just bad customer service.
