I guess my donut already had a couple nibbles taken out of it? Also I don't understand why the concept of liquid sugar in an iced coffee is so difficult. If I ordered liquid sugar I would like liquid sugar, I don't like to crunch when I drink my iced coffee. For almost $5 for a medium, my damn iced coffee better be correct. Train your employees better or hire people who actually care about customer service. That donut should have been waste. Not served to a customer.

Two occasions I have had to leave without pre-ordered items because of incompetence with management at the Hurricane location. Last time, had me “pull up” in the drive thru (there was no where to pull up) and after 15 minutes I had to go in to see what was happening. They tried to give me someone else’s order that had been sitting for delivery for a while as an olive branch. Impossible to reach anyone on a corporate level for a refund, too. DO NOT pre-order your stuff, unless you want to be on the hook for the $$$ and have an empty stomach.

Just went through the new renovated one and they got our order all messed up and ended up saying that that’s what we asked for when we didn’t. And they also charged us extra. Asked them to make what we asked for and they went and “made it” gave us the same thing we had before. They were also very rude about the whole situation.

This macchiato ends up wrong a lot.. I’ve been driving since 5 this morning it was such a delight to roll through and get the freshet variety of munchkins and hot perfectly made Carmel macchiato 🧡🩷💛. Thanks Dunkin in

You'll have a fifty percent chance of them getting your order right. I've stopped going there because of this. Even though I like their coffee better than other places, it's not worth the hassle of going back to get it fixed.
As someone who used to be a barista, it shouldn't take that long to make an iced drink. Especially if you follow the orders as they come out. Unless you're willing to wait about 16 minutes or more for a drink, don't come this way.

These people move at a snails pace. Our online order sat on the counter, melting. Beware: glazed donut holes are infact not glazed. They were dry and had zero flavor or sweetness.

Always find a way to screw up your order no matter how easy it is. Ordered two coffees one medium and one large and they gave me both large and ordered two sandwiches and didn’t get rung up for them for whatever reason and had to pay for them when I asked for them at the drive through.
