We reserved the back room for a surprise bday dinner Sat night. When we got there we found out they had double booked the room and the other party was already seated. BUT the manager JD and our waitresses Lauren and Hayley saved the day! They immediately started setting up the semi- private room for us - so quickly we had everything ready by the time the bday girl arrived. Lauren , Hayley and the kitchen staff did amazing delivering food to our party of 26 efficiently and food was delicious. JD returned several times to check on us and even gave us a discount for the mixup. When people work this hard and are so nice about making things right for you it means so much and makes very happy customers! Thank you !

Don’t normally complain about customer service at this location but tonight I ordered a Mexican street corn quesadilla. Management refused to allow me to add beef to the quesadilla said they don’t have a button for it so therefore I can’t do it. However, restaurants have an up charge button on their registers which allow for things like what I wanted to do. If you’re running a business where customer service is your main concern then you better take care of your customers. This is not gonna stop us from frequenting this establishment, but I feel it’s your right to know where they fail to meet the standard. The score thank you this evening. The server here was great. It had nothing to do with the server. It has to do with management this evening. Tonight‘s rating experience is 75 out of 100 that see quality work Mr. Stanley not your best night dude.
Food was amazing, Joanna was our server and she had excellent service. Great place for someone who wants a messy burger and perfectly seasoned fries.

The meal was okay, but the quality seemed a little less than previous visits. The service was slower than usual as well, but we heard comments that they were short staffed. We'll continue to visit, as everyone is entitled to an off day now and then. We always enjoy Fat Patty's

Well well well let me say this. This place so far has been the best so far.First time eating here. Pricy but worth it. Def ordered more then I could eat. Had all 3 desserts. I'd say Molten Lava Cake my favorite then the pretzels an then the Sunday my least fav. Least in the to go order. Got a few things an not much for complaining I didn't like the chili much. An it could of been hotter but 99.9 % happy
