Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Ordered a pizza and cheese breadsticks.The pizza was once again overcooked like the last time we ordered.The crust was thin and way too brown almost to the point of being burnt.The cheese breadsicks were fine.Will try another location next time.

Ordered a medium pizza got a small. Cheese bread sticks was not done.I have ate there many times and the last few were nasty.Never again.

I was on my way to Michigan and stopped by this place on the way. While ordering they were having trouble with their system but decided to take care of 2 hungry kids and a hungry dad. I ordered the chicken salad and ordered pasta with sauce on the side, 2 meatballs, and also got some garlic bread. The food was perfect. On my way out, I asked how I could pay and the lady behind the counter said “It’s on me.” I don’t take that lightly and could be more appreciative of the gesture. I’ll be stopping by again on future trips.

I would like to give a zero ! Phoned in order went to pick up thru window paid for food they told us to pull over they were working on it, about 30 minutes later they bring it out and we opened the bag with what we would find out that it was my husband's pizza bread it was so burnt and cheese so dried out it literally cracked in to ,we also order spaghetti and it was not even cooked and cold ! Took the pizza bread inside and told the manager but she didn't seem to care so needless to say we will not be back and may add haven't been there in a year so we thought we would try it again !! I wish I could post a picture!!

Ordered a large steak and meatball sub from their website. I requested the order to be remade bc it wasn't how I ordered it. I immediately became suspicious when I entered the building at 5:30, peak dinner time, and there wasn't a single person in the restaurant and after eating their food, I can see why. I also questioned why everything on their web menu was $2.00 more than on their in-store menu. We'll never go to a Gino's again. Speedway food is better than Gino's.

Enjoyed a yummy Steak Hoagie Sandwich with my husband! So good and still hot when he got home after a 25 min drive. Staff is always kind and accommodating! It was Super Bowl Sunday and they didn’t hesitate to make it hot & fresh! We love Gino’s! Local & Fresh! Very Kind staff and clean. Plenty of parking. Near the interstate ramp -Shopping and gasoline.

I'm not from West Virginia and this place was recommended by my wife who is from here. I can say I was doubtful but it was great food. Good service. And all out I had to tell my wife she was right. I do recommend the wings and the ham pubwich. Or however they spell it. Not a big fan of their ranch and the baked spaghetti was a little watery for me but it was ok but everything else was great. Also pizza is pretty on point too.

I only live a few blocks from the Hurricane Gino's. We like it. Always get good food there, and they are one of the few Gino's that can make your pubwich the old, new, or however you want it way. My son loves the cheese bread

I used to be a frequent customer however that will change after tonight, my last recent visits the teenage night shift workers have been rude at the pickup order, I can order food and wait at home 10 minutes before getting into my truck to drive over and upon arrival to the store they are on their phones and tell me they haven’t even started my order and to park so they can make it.

It had been awhile... but my favorite Gino's take out was always the Pepperoni sub!!! Loved them! The last time I went thru the drive thru they had me pull over and wait. I waited 30 mins or so. Then got home with my sub. The bread had been changed and much smaller. Sorry but not good at all. It didn't have barely any sauce. The pepperoni sausage and cheese were barely there. So thru the whole experience I definitely did not get what I paid for...expecting my favorite sandwich ?. It got thrown in the trash after one taste. The bread wasn't even half in taste before the switch!!! I don't recommend

Parking: I was parked waiting for 1/2 hour for a 15min sub! Then it was not really even edible. It went in the trash!

Excellent quick Italian. A little pricey but was a great alternative to fast food when you’re on the road.
