I'm moving from VA to KY and I pulled off the interstate to grab something to eat. I ordered a ham and cheese sub and a Philly cheese sub. They were super sweet and brought it out to me since I broke my foot and struggled getting in and out of the moving truck. Everything was great until I got my food. Y'all charge almost $9 for this. The ham sub was no better. I started reading your reviews and this isn't the first complaint you've had on this issue or this particular sandwich. So either the pep talk didn't stick with your employees or this is the product you're serving and you say whatever you want to the customer but don't change anything. The sandwiches had a good flavor, but DEFINITELY NOT worth $16. One piece of thinly sliced ham folded in half to make it look like you get 2 pieces wasn't fooling anyone. I managed a chain pizza restaurant for years and I know exactly how food costs work. If I pass through this town again, I won't be ordering from your establishment. The taste of the food was great. The service was great. The value for the money spent doesn't justify being a repeat customer. Everything hinges on reviews nowadays. If you want better reviews, you've got to listen to your customers. Sadly, this place clearly isn't listening because they keep cranking out the same substandard product.

i don’t think i’ve ever left a bad review before. ordered about $65 worth to be delivered. 2 calzones, garlic bread, BONELESS wings, fries, and a cookie. we only got our calzones and BONE IN wings. one of the calzones were bare on half of it. never received any communication stating that they were out of the fries, garlic bread, or boneless wings. thoroughly disappointed in this place

When you need to feed a tribe, Giovanni’s has a huge 19” square cut pizza that feeds a bunch. Delivery is always on time and the pizza is hot!

We ordered Pizza to go & picked it up. It was good. I. Pick up again but not eat there.
I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sub and it showed up with maybe 2 oz of meat, maybe🤦🏻 very disappointing. We get pizza there fairly often and it’s normally good but my first experience with subs was terrible…it was a roll with cheese and a sprinkle of meat for $9 see photos below

From out of town and stopped by Giovanni's Pizza on the way to our hotel since traffic was heavy. It took 30 minutes to get our order; a steak sub and a turkey bacon club (they listed as a hot sub at the register) and an order of fries. The steak was more of a mystery meat and the turkey bacon club had NO bacon! The turkey and ham were so thin you could read through them. The fries were pitiful in number and cold by the time we got to the hotel, 5 minutes away. So very disappointed in the food. The service was "okay" but nothing else. Will not be visiting here again!
